Liked this jungle camp as it's got tents with modern amenities. It's just next door to Panna National Park so you can be assured to hear animal calls early in the morning. It can get quite cold in winters though as tent is made of cloth. Carry warm clothing. Food is decent, not so great. Not much options nearby too.
The best thing about Madla Jungle Camp, run by MP Tourism dept. Is the location. It's situated right next to the Madla park gate which means the commute time in the morning to reach the safari entrance is reduced to mere 15 minutes, which includes going to the forest office and getting permission. The cottage tents are quite convenient and have all the required facilities like TV, Fridge, Heater etc. They have multiple plug points which is super useful for photographers and there's WiFi at the reception. Airtel postpaid catches good signal here.
I love these little tents inside the forest and although they are a little cramped for twin occupancy, they are so clean. You have all the facilities including television but I would rather listen to the call of the birds. There is an AC and you get hot water in the bathrooms too. The camps are located inside the forest, far from the city and so there are hardly any shops around for any requirement. Mineral water in the rooms are charged and they don't offer them on complimentary basis.
We stayed there and extended two days, really loved the environment all around the hotel. It has around eight cottages giving you a jungle like experience. Rooms were nice and well equipped. Hot water supply and heaters were provided by the management under the room tariffs, so a good service provider. Food provided by the managements was okay and delicious. Staff was well behaved and even active during late nights.
Good location, food and service. Overall, a very good experience to stay with jungle safari in early morning all at a very good price. It proves to be a good property at Panna with natural views and huts. Good and helpful staff who served us even at very late hours with good food.
A rendezvous with jungle. Indeed one of the most adventurous and exciting places. Service was excellent considering that this is a jungle hut. We even got to see a black buck in the hotel campus. Just save your food and electronics from the languor's. Foods are fine but try local cuisines.
Location was convenient. Parking was good. Staff was good; quick. Appearance was okay. Rooms were spacious, good, clean, hygienic with nice view and all amenities working properly. Food was okay but variety was available. Check in and out was on time. No activities provided.
Jungle camp is a very nice place situated in the forest. It has very good facilities and a very tasty food cafe. Its neat and clean and the tents for visitors add an experience of jungle. I will try to visit there again and again. It is situated at a very good location having a lot of facilities. Visitors must visit this place.
