Excellent place to visit

The search ends hear for 11 years and safari to all places Ranthambore Jim Corbett Masinagudi. I had never met the tiger. With great hope I entered jungles with Vijay as driver and Narian Singh as guide who has knowledge plus this is India's most dense and green jungle divided in 4 zones. We were in Kanha zone. As we were entering, suddenly my driver accelerated and vow I met her majesty tigress Neelam. She was relaxing. 18 minutes I saw her then she walked away.

Visit to Kanha National Park was one of the best

The visit with my wild life loving friends to Kanha in October 2015 was one of the best visits to any wildlife park by me and my wife in the recent past. Not only we were lucky to see the big cat, but the visit was beautiful with the flora and fauna of the forest. I thank the MP Forest department for their commendable work in re-claiming the forest and preserving it so well. Since 1955 the area which was around 500 sq kms now has gone up to 1947 sq kms with huge preservation effort of the big cat and other animals.

Good place to visit

Ours was a family visit and I felt overjoyed when we all could sight the Tigress for approx. 7 mins from a distance of 3-4 feet. The gypsy driver and the guide accompanied us were really enthusiastic to show us the animals, creatures and habitat of the jungle living beings. It was around for 4 hours and we could sight many creatures. As far as possible one should book the safari online as current booking is not our cup of tea and chances are there that the people will loot you for this. That's the only sad part of the story.

The Tiger's Place

The place is best for animal lovers. The place is popular for Tigers. The cottages in the forest is the best place to stay in here. Animals like Deers, Wild Fox and Wild Boar can also be seen.

Extensive jungle

The visit was really value for money, especially after we could see the famous tiger "Munna", with CAT inscribed with the stripes on his forehead, at very close quarters on the roadside.

Different zone has different entire permission

Its was an ultimate and a absolute paisa vasool trip as we could sight a tiger at the Kanha zone of the Kanha National park. But for your information, its very essential to know that the Kanha National Park is divided into 4 zones and the entry to each zone is different and without prior booking and permissions one cannot enter the other zone. The prime zones being :The Kanha Zone & The Mukki Zone. The other 2 zones are the Kisli and Sarri Zone.
