Good place to visit

Kasauli was the first place I visited with my better half and later for my babymoon. A little chapel, fresh air, small library, lush green mountains, small houses and windy Kasauli. I love everything about it!

Hill view

It's near to Chandigarh and Solan. Due to Army cantonment best place to visit. Little charges for parking and entering. Their is a villa restaurant in the starting of Kasauli and it has best food in the town.

Kasauli - An awesome place to visit

Kasauli is an awesome place to visit. During Winter session when there is crowd in Shimla a stay in Kasauli is a great option. And snowfall also could be enjoyed here during January month. Even I found Kasauli as better option than Shimla and also it takes 1:3 hours drive from Chandigarh.

Nice small hill station with beautiful view

Kasauli is a small hill station located in Solan district in the state of Himachal Pradesh at an altitude of 1, 927 m. And is 70 km from Chandigarh. It has a moderate climate, famous for Christ Church which contains Spanish and Italian imported stained glass windows depicting Christ, Mary & Saint Francis, which I liked most. Very peaceful place for meditation. Kasauli Sunset point & Gilbert trail situated about 1 km from the bus stand. Sunset point offers a magnificent view of the nearby hill station. Must enjoy this place. There is a small, nice Lakkar Bazar in Kasauli. This hill station is surrounded by a mixed forest of Chir-pine, Himalayan Oak & huge horse-chest nuts. One can get vantage views from monkey point, 4 km. Away from the bus stand.

Challenging narrow roads and the cantonment does not allow electronic items

There is a Manki Top temple, which is situated at a height of 6732 ft. Since it is an army cantonment, no electronic devices are allowed. Narrow roads makes the bus journey a challenge. Overall, a good experience.

Enchanting place, thrilled

Amazing experience! Awesome weather and breeze and will take your breath out. You can shop for the unique products in the Tibetan market here. The 202 years old church is also an amazing place to visit. People who love the experience of high altitude must visit this place.

Breathtaking experience!

It was an awesome visit on top of the hill. Experiencing the morning with nature was so cool. The cool breeze & mist kissing us coupled with the delight of joy in seeing the great mountains was something to behold and experience.
