Great Stay but they need to improve room standards

5.3/7
Posted 1 Aug, 2018

Great Hotel, 10 minutes away from international terminal. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was decent and not that great, room size was small but the service was great. The food was tasty and great as well, the room needs an upgradation and even the amenties but overall it was a great deal and stay here. I would appreciate even more if they start complimentary airport transfer as the.

Staycation - a hotel which has great potential.

5.9/7
Posted 30 May, 2018

We were staying for a weekend night at the Hilton Mumbai Airport as part of our stay cation here. Additionally, it is close to the airport which made it great as we had an early morning flight the next day. The hotel is located just off the airport drive way, behind Hyatt Regency and ITC Maratha, and as such is a bit hidden. Located in the middle of the office areas, you don't really appreciate the location, until you are there and realize how close it is to the expressway. The hotel room we had, was facing the back of the Hyatt, and the view was just fine. The room itself was comfortable with great pillow menu. The best bit about the hotel is the food - definitely enjoyed my meal at the Imperial China Restaurant downstairs - great value for money. I would definitely suggest that this is a great hotel for a staycation or a very good airport hotel too. Thank you to the staff for making a pleasant stay. We noticed also that it was somewhat of a business/conference hotel.

Place was like I was staying in Airport. Great experience there. The moment I spend in Le Royal Meridien Mumbai hotel was memorable for me. Room was nicely arranged. Bed was clean with good mattresses. Food was mind blowing. Location was perfect for everyone. Staff were welcoming. Curtains was beautiful. Interior was truly superb. Services served by the hotel was excellent. Whenever, I will go to Mumbai, I will definitely choose the same hotel to stay.

Located very close to international airport

Located very close to international airport and easy access to city. The front office staff are very nice and attend to our call or request very promptly. The morning buffet breakfast was also a good one with lot many variations. I definitely recommend this hotel for a business traveller who require less time to reach from or to airport.

Good Amenities, just upgrade cleanliness and Wi-fi

5/5
Posted 7 Aug, 2014

My stay in this hotel was for 4 nights. It had two different level rooms as I checked out for a night. Level 1 room was immaculate. They had Latest AC and TV. Only complaint was WiFi was on charges. Reception staff seemed boring and not much of a personality. Other staff at restaurant and room service was helpful and polite. They reached above expectations. Second stay was on level 3, and I had some issues with broken phone which was fixed. I Had shower problems where hot water didn't come and got fixed but next day again same issue. I suggest more maintenance schedule for the hotel. Pool was nice but bit deep for non swimmer. Hot spa was good. Porter good and always welcoming. They made security checks pleasant inconvenience. The Laundry was quite expensive. Overall a good stay. Just suggest maintenance and WiFi upgrades.

Lovely Transit Hotel

4.1/5
Posted 6 Jan, 2016

Was here overnight to catch a connecting flight to Amsterdam. We were quite impressed by the scale of luxury embedded in the structure of the hotel, really impressive. Luxurious hallways, fountains, lawn, gallery, lobby. Every part of it reflects sheer class. The food was delicious and lip smacking, although Continental wouldn't be one of their strengths. Hospitality and service was top notch for the little while we were there. Overall, it's a no-brainer in case of a transit flight.

Excellent choice close to airport

Excellent place to stay near Mumbai international airport for around $100 This is one of the finest places to stay near the airport for business or transit stay. Though the hotel property is little old it is very well maintained & gives a classic old look This used to be the Le Meridien several years ago, and the same grand structures are still there. The beds are comfortable, the showers are excellent and the WiFi is satisfactory Breakfast was excellent with so many Indian & continental variety. The buffet spread was also amazing.
