Very old and strong enough caves

These caves are very old and strong enough to hold themselves since long. The place is clean and maintained by local people living there. There are many more caves in Mumbai built with these caves.

Pleasant place where you can just forget everything and be calm

It is a place located at Andheri East, just beside of JVLR Road. It is really a good place and anyone can come and relax the view of JVLR Road from Mahakali Caves make you forget everything whatever you are worried about. The park made in there is also good and the scene from the top of the caves is just tremendous and you will love it. And the last and the best it's free.

Beautifully carved

The cave is beautifully made, carved on rocks but not well maintained. The entrance gate area is very dirty, not clean. You can see Lord Buddha idols carved on rocks which are very old and bit broken now. Very beautiful place for photography.
