Full of potholes

One of the most important bridge in Bihar which connects Patna to other parts of Bihar is in such a pathetic condition. It can take a full day to cross the bridge. I could see police standing at the bridge but are least bothered about the traffic movements.

Reflects the neglect

This bridge connects Patna with North Bihar and is a very important link for people of Bihar. Yet it is in a complete state of neglect and it's a nightmare for those passing through it, stuck in heavy traffic jams. A new bridge is urgently required.

Too long Bridge situated on the Ganges River

Bridge is too long. It is situated on the Ganges River. All time traffic was found for bridge work in progress. I am expecting more industry will come on the bank of River.

Congested bridge

I think it's the only option for connection between North Bihar ( Saran, Vaishali etc) to the main Patna city. And this is the reason why it is highly congested and always you can find loads of traffic jams all across. An alternative to this bridge is highly required.

Construction is on process

Old bridge constructed about 30 years back. Previously well maintained and with TOLL Tax now its in very bad condition as now toll free also. Now construction is going on from many years but not ok till date, lots of Traffic Jam every-time.
