Its amazing that such a huge Haveli belonged to one family. Wow. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The decor and the maintenance makes for a wonderful stay. Our entire family of 50 people stayed at this Haveli for a wedding. One sad part is that I lost my gold ring there. I had kept it in the safe. Not locked the safe. I forgot to wear it just before stepping out for a few hours. We came back, packed and left to the airport. I called them from the airport telling them I had kept the ring in the safe but they said no one found it. I didn't lock the safe bec I intended to wear it in a few minutes before stepping out. It was quite expensive so it's really sad they didn't return it even after a lot of questioning. I had no evidence so could not prove it. Plus I had a flight to catch. Sad incident but good stay overall.
I visited this hotel for a relaxation with my family. Loved the food & overall experience of this hotel. Loved the staff response which was quick and responsive in seconds. Most of amenities were available and suggest visitors of Jaipur to visit it once. Everyone will love the finger licking food. But next I would be with my own vehicle as it was in outward so transport was certain problem. But overall nice experience.
Stayed for 2 nights, 2nd and 3rd Nov. Good hotel, nice friendly staff. Like the garden and the evening puppet show very much. Food is mixed, traditional Indian spicy with European too Bed was nice and clean. Little bit of problem with the flush in the toilet but adjusted by the plumber after we informed the front desk.
my overall experience was not at all good. infact i will remember this experience as the worst one i ever had. sorry for being so harsh but one really feels upsets when your child falls down in the hotel premises, brokes her bone and still the hotel athourities are least bothered and not even courteous enough to call a doctor (or leave aside the medical bill) then i suppose nothing worst can happen. and to top it the service was sooo slow and poor, that when i asked for a glass of hot milk for my poor little daughter, it came 45 minutes late and the milk was a burned one. God, how can you expect such kind of services from an upcoming heritage hotel. they were not even couteous enough to give my little darling a bunch of flower or a little toy to show their affection. i would never suggest this hotel to anybody.
