Mansa Devi Temple is dedicated to goddess Mansa Devi, a form of Shakti. The temple attracts a lot of devotees every year during the festival of Navratri. It is believed that the presiding deity Mansa Devi grants boon to the devotees offering prayers at the temple. King of Manimajra, Maharaja Gopal Singh built this temple in a span of five years between 1811 and 1815.

After his victory in a battle, Maharaja of Patiala constructed another temple in the vicinity of this temple in 1860. Twice a year during the festival of Navratri, special fares are organised by the shrine board that attracts thousands of pilgrims from all over the country.

The temple is at a distance of nearly 24 km from Parwanoo and can be easily reached via National Highway 22.
