My visit to Jodhpur in the month of august 2016 and stayed in the Mapple Abhay. It was my holiday trip with friends. I would rate the destination as very good. I would rate the location as good because it is at main center. I would rate the appearance of the hotel as very good. I would rate the front desk staff as good because of their responsive on time. I booked my room direct at hotel. The services which was provided were average. The hotel room was average. The food in the hotel was average.
The hotel was dirty and unhygienic as if the linen have not been changed for months and carpets and bathrooms not cleaned for weeks. The cups and kettle in the room were broken and all the hot water I poured leaked out of the mug. The WiFi was not working and the connectivity of the phone inside the rooms was bad. The staff was inattentive and the overall experience except the size of the rooms was horrible.

The staff were sociable and good in service and the room was good with all the basic amenities in proper functioning condition. There was no delay during check in and checkout process. The hotel was worth for the money.

From the road as you enter the main gate of Mapple Abhay I didn't feel much of a thrust. They have a good space for car parking. That can accommodate about 10 cars. The hotel is located in a prime location The reception is big. Not much decorated. They have sofas around for sitting. They provide only newspapers in the lobby. No magazines are there in the lobby to read. The sofa's in the reception or lobby is of good quality. The hanging lights from the ceiling is all great There was not much about experience about greeting in the hotel. It was with a namaskar from the receptionist. The way all Indian greet Room was spacious. It also have a clear glass view from the room. I was in the third floor. So there was nothing much to view from our hotel room. Beside the open window there is a small tea or coffee corner with two cushioned chairs and a rectangular wooden table. The room also provides a writing desk. Room condition is good and it sees that it is well maintained Food in the hotel is also great and tasty. I had buffet in the hotel. The preparation of the dishes were with care. The name of their restaurant is Element. It is located in the first floor of the hotel. Price of the food seemed reasonable The bed is of good size. And it is comfortable too. They provide with good number of cushions. I didn't have to ask for an extra one The toilet is not that big. But it is well maintained and clean. There are not much extra facilities other than a normal Indian toilet. The toilet provides 24 hour hot and cold water Wall hanging LCD television is provided in the room with normal siti cable connection with all types of channels available in Indian TV network. The room is provided is centralized AC. There is no temperature control facility from the room. The rooms have Intercom connection to connect to the Reception, Housekeeping, Room Service, Travel Desk and other services in from the hotel. WiFi in the hotel is available free. Call the reception and get the voucher code for entering into the Mapple WiFi connection site. The strength and speed of the connection is also good.
I had visited Jodhpur in connection with a meeting. The hotel is located very near to Rai Ka Bag railway station. It is only 2 minutes walk from the station. The hotel is a 4 star property. The ambience of the reception area is very nice. The behaviour of front desk staff is courteous and polite. The hotel rooms are spacious and nicely done. The house keeping is excellent. The room service is commendable. The quality of food is nice and service is prompt. The towels and toiletries kept in washroom were good quality and clean. The upkeep was appreciable. I would recommend it to the travelers visiting Jodhpur.

I think its good hotel according rent. Situated middle the city, its easy to reach from railway platform and bus stop. Location wise good, seeming pool and gym both are comparatively good, staff is not sufficient but hard worker. As per my opinions, over all mapple Abhay is a good hotel.
