Masmai falls as they say

While watching this falls please maintain safe distance from the ridge as it's too dangerous. Previously there was a barrier but now as the guides take you a bit further they prefer open areas.

Please visit in July-August to enjoy

This is a wonderful place but my advice would be to visit this place in July August to enjoy all the falls running. We went in March and all of them were dry.

It is an awesome point on road side

I visited Cherrapunjee with my brother and we had seen sightseeing of Shillong and Cherrapunjee. One of the point we visited was Mawsmai Falls it is situated on the side and it is an awesome I have ever seen, we can see clouds(fog) is generating from bushes. You will really feel like you are in heaven when you'll be in Cherrapunjee during monsoon season.

The seven sisters water falls

Popularly known as the Seven Sisters Waterfall, Mawsmai Falls in Cherrapunjee can be best viewed on a clear sunny day. On other days, it remains shrouded in heavy clouds. There are multiple streams of waterfall falling down from a large cliff. The view point is well maintained.

Mesmerising falls

The view or this fall is splendid. I skipped a breath on the first look of this beautiful place. This was out of romantic novel place with clouds forming over the fall. We spent many hours sitting close to the view and admiring the beauty. There was a meditative calmness in the place.
