Oh what to say about the hotel it is full of all modern facilities and all necessary services like medical, bank, housekeeping, internet, parking and many other facilities. There is a provision for currency exchanger. There is a very furnished floor and expensive furniture and interior and outside decoration is truly heart touching. There is a provision for special dinner for birthday and wedding anniversaries and special rooms for couples . . The hotel is centrally air conditioned and rooms are so deluxe and luxurious that it can't be explained in words. All the surrounding boundaries of the hotel can be seen with plants and full of greenery. A pleasant smell can be felt all over the hotel. The security and emergency services are available all 24 hours. It is full of entertainment, different activities and recreation. The outside of the hotel can be seen with lighting and many expensive cars.
On my Business trip I visited New Delhi. I went there alone in the month of June 2017. The location of the hotel was well placed. There are transit stations available like a metro station. From the station it is a walkable distance to the hotel. The appearance of the hotel was beautiful. The interior of the hotel was good. The Front office staff were responding well. They behaved well with us. The service of the hotel was below average. When asked for soap. They were struggling to give one soap. Bisleri water was complimentary. They had to provide every day which they were not giving. I have to tell them again and again. They did not provide basic bathroom accessories. Travelers do not carry any of them. We complained and they did not provide. The room was well maintained. I booked a deluxe room. AC was not working properly. I had to tell them repeatedly. The room and food service were bad. I did not have food in the hotel. Breakfast was there I had to wait for half an hour. There were 10 people. They did not arrange food for them. We took veg food. The quality and quantity were alright. I suggest other travelers have food outside. I had only breakfast here. Lunch I was going out. There is a hotel by name Pallavi. The customers of that hotel come to this restaurant and have food here. It is not an issue. They make us wait that is the problem. Sometimes there are certain items missing. For improvements they should work on that. There were no activities in this hotel apart from WiFi connectivity. There is lift facility. I will suggest this hotel only if they are not having food in the hotel. For improvements they should work on services like housekeeping room and food service. They should provide food in the morning time. When we are direct booking they should give some discounts.
We visited New Delhi it was an official trip. I went there alone in the month of July 2017. We went there by other transport facilities. I got drop facility but no pick-up facility and it was charged. The best way to reach the hotel is a taxi. There is travel desk. The location is well placed. It is far from the airport. The railway station is nearby. It is in the center of the city. It is accessible to other parts of the city. Transportation facility is there. Even market is nearby. The appearance is superb. There is lift facility. The front office area is good. Their response is good. The service was prompt. They provide service immediately. The staff response is good. I booked double bed room. It is comfortable spacious. It is clean and well maintained. We had food in the hotel. It was tasty and delicious. We took Indian dishes. I will definitely suggest this hotel to others also. We get veg food. Other activities were not there. I like this hotel very much I have visited 3 times. I will be coming next time also. I will suggest this hotel to others also. For improvements they have to change the locker system in the room.
On the official trip with my wife I went New Delhi in the month of July 2017. I booked my stay through online. The location was near to new Delhi railway station. All the banks were near the hotel. The market was near. The hotel was located in the prime location. The reception area was quite attractive but reception staff was not helpful and polite. The customer was waiting and reception was busy in their own work. They should give first priority to the customer. We went there and still room was not ready so they were telling us to wait. They have to keep ready all the time. The room was too small. We booked AC room. The water outlet was not proper. The room was not that clean. We have to call a lot of times for simply water then they will provide and that also not hygienic. They were not providing glasses. If we call for housekeeping then they were not receiving a call. If we were telling to service they were saying a call to housekeeping then we were called to reception they were telling to wait but no one coming to do work. The only two members in the service for the whole hotel. They should keep more service. In the breakfast no sweet no non-veg no variety of food. They were giving only Aalu Paratha and that too not tasty. I used restaurant service for the food. The area was too small and hygienic. The staff was not reliable and not working properly. I didn't experience this any other Fab hotel. The parking space was outside the hotel.
The hotel is very near to the New Delhi railway station. Just 5-10 min walk. You are likely to miss it first time when you come as its slightly inside a lane. But second time on you wont miss it. If you are a shopping freak then you would have lot of shops nearby and also within a radius of 3 km. If you are coming by your own vehicle mind it there is absolutely no parking at all !!. The manager and staff are very friendly. Initially they gave us a room at the ground floor. But on requesting they moved us to the 3rd floor. If you want your rooms to be cleaned, you would have to specifically ask them to. The restaurant there is extremely small. So better to go for room service. It is pretty fast and prompt. The food is also good. While ordering, go for north Indian food as that is what they know to prepare well. Their sandwiches were not up to the mark. Complimentary Breakfast is just average. The spread is extremely less - just one or 2 items. First day was Puri subji and second day was potato Paratha with pickles. They have a tour operator right at the entrance. He arranges daily sight seeing and charges for 8 hrs daily + additional top up if required. He will also arrange for airport drops. They don't accept card and so better to have cash ready while checking out.
