Great Funn with Monkies

Its a hanuman temple surrounded by monkies. Nice and peaceful place to visit and will give great view from top. We had an encounter with monkey who did the complete interrogation, checked our pockets and bags. It was a great experience. However not recommended for people who can climb stairs or walk much to reach temple one has to climb lots of stairs.

Not allowed to carry electronic gadgets

This is the highest point of Kasauli, the place where Lord Hanuman is believed to have set his feet while on his way to look for Sanjeevani Buti. At its top, is a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman that lies within the premises of the Air Force. There are some restrictions to visit this temple - one is not allowed to carry mobile, camera & bags. The views from the top are simply magnificent if the day is clear. One can watch the Satluj River as it makes its way through the plains and the pure beauty of the snow capped peaks of the Dhauladhar Range.

Good place for trekking, not for elders

It is a must place to visit and at a distance of five kilometre from Kausali Bus Stand and after trekking on the hill, there is a temple of Hanuman. Since this place is under Army base, camera earphones and mobile phones are not allowed. It is tough for the elder people to reach the hilltop. View from the hilltop is mind blowing. Beware of monkeys all along the trek.
