Muddena Halli Museum, is one of the popular museums in the region, exhibiting a vast collection of writings and photographs of Shri Vishveshwarayya. Along with the museum, there is an ancestral home of Sir. M. Vishveshwarayya, which is also his birthplace. He was a well known architect of the former Mysore state.

Some of the noteworthy sites along with the Muddenahalli are Anjaneya temple, Nellikayi Basavanna, Bhoga Nandeeshwara temple, Antharagange and Baanathi Bande. Besides, the site is also a base for excursions to the hills like Agumbe Hill, Biligirirangana Hills and the Madikeri Hills.

From Bangalore a ride of 38 km will lead to the attraction.
