Spice county spice garden

1, I am rally telling no. 1 fraud people because I visited the place yesterday inside of the garden one chocolate shop is there in that I buy a chocolates but the chocolates are very expensive and very poor in taste.2, Outside of the garden we will find one perfume shop Name Nasar Perfumes these guys also nig fraud people all the perfumes are duplicate and they will charge like branded perfumes and the fragrance will lost maximum 30min.One more thing I am telling you don't trust the auto drivers because these all are getting commissions from theose spice gardens. If you want to buy a good home made chocolates means better purchase at Munnar city market. Chocolates are very tasty and available in reasonable price and good quality.

Painfull

We recently visited this place wanting to buy some spices before we fly back to United States. We had a very bad experience and had to walk out of here. My wife and a friend who was travelling with us blocked by two young men from entering the shop who followed them and stood frond of the door to the spice shop. Both were yelling in Hindi and English that they had to get an entry ticket from some other counter. When I spoke in Malayalam to them they were embarrassed first and then angry that I did not let them know that I speak Malayalam. Looks like they spot foreigners and people from out of state to coerce them to visit the spice garden before they visit the shop. Even though our difficulty became apparent to other staff nobody interfered or apologized for our experience. Makes me think that they are all together in this aggressive form of upwelling. Later we visited Hindustan Spices nearby and had a good experience.

A disappointing experience

There was a Rs. 100 ticket per person. We thought we would be shown around spice plantations. But what we were shown was a collection of spice plants of different varieties planted in a small area just like a museum. After this we were led to a shop in the premises selling various spices and oils. This was a thoroughly disappointing experience.
