Peaceful environment with beautiful scenery to see

I went to Nagarjuna Sagar Dam which was built across Krishna River with my family had a great joy there. First of all it is a beautiful scenery with waterfalls from Dam to ground. It provides irrigation to farmers and produces electricity by hydro electric power installed in it.Be safe at Dam do not go nearer to the water. There is no permission to go nearer the dam or water police may catch you so be careful. You will have a great photos if you click at the Dam. There is no guide to explain. Food is available at the location.Plan for 2 to 3 hrs at the location have a great look at beautiful scenery and enjoy.Advices to Tourists1) Be careful with children.2) There is no charge to view the Dam. 3) Vehicles are allowed.4) Bathrooms are available.5) Cameras are allowed.

Major source of power production

This is the one of the big dam which produces power and cultivation for water and fishing and many more. This is the biggest dam in Telangana state. Major source for power production in this state, most number tourists visit this place because of its very big approximately 20 gates. At the time of heavy rainy season all gates are open then its looks clouds, its best sightseeing place.
