Nice place for photography

Those who are interested in museum and are interested in ancient history and to know about ancient man or about Lord Buddha can visit this place.Anyhow, this place automatically becomes necessary visit place once you reach Nagarjuna Sagar Dam. To reach here you have to take a 45-minute boat ride.Rs (100 boating +5 island entry fee+ 5-museum entry fee). There are lot of good attraction points available for photography lovers. On island, there is a small canteen where you can have ice cream, dosa, upma, water, biscuits and snacks at a little bit high price but I found it okay to pay a little extra as this place is remote with connectivity by only boat.Public toilets were clean; govt. and Archeological Survey of India also maintain island neatly. Most of the people took approx 1 hour to cover this place still if you interested in Buddhism and museum then you can take your own time till the last boat which leaves at approx 5 pm.You cannot stay on island at night.
