Hotel location was good. The appearance of the hotel from inside and outside was old and good. Booking and front office was good. Reception and lobby was very beautiful with painting and glass designs. Washrooms were huge and clean. WiFi facility was provided. Complimentary breakfast was provided. We went for a holiday trip. I would definitely recommend this to others. Online booking was done.
We were only here for one night, but really loved this hotel. It was among the best of about a dozen places. We had stayed in during our trip around Northern India. The whole place is oozing with character, it is beautifully designed and showcases it's 150 years of history well . . The main house is very characterful. The period rooms are tastefully furnished with period furniture, and our bedroom itself was huge, and very airy with a good bathroom. Room service was quick. We ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and both were enjoyable. Staff were treated us as royal guest. Feeling amazed after staying here. Want to stay here again.
Believe me, if you search for hotels in Jaipur on the leading websites, you won't get this hotel listed under the popular ones I wasn't interested in any of those "popular" places as I wanted to stay at a place which is calm, spacious and beautiful. My friend recommended Naila Bagh Palace, I Go ogled and found it to be a good option for my stay The truth is, this is one of the places which left me with a feeling of accomplishment because of these reasons: Very well situated inside the city. Calm and less traffic outside. All of the major tourist points are within 5-10 km and easily approachable. Spacious property with the actual royal assets. Rooms are awesome with all amenities Vikas (Hotel Manager) is a nice guy and will help you set up an appropriate plan for your Jaipur trip. Food is good. Although it can be better. I would suggest this place for any kind of trip (couple, family, client-meet) to Jaipur Looking forward for my next stay here very soon :)
Excellent place to feel real royal & heritage , Beautiful property...big rooms give you feel of Royal stay, pure hospitality and luxury,The restaurant was lovely with a good menu and fair pricing,a very impressive venue, wishing we could do it all over again.
It was the best experience that I have had in a longtime being a business traveller and also a ex- hotelier .. i can vouch for this hotel/ palace ... it makes you go back to the days of royalty yet not make u uncomfortable ... in what you want to do . You have your own space anywhr you.. go.. Interactions with the owners and the royalty adds to the sparkle of this place... Higly recomment this place...
Naila Bagh palace took our breath away. After the hustle bustle of the city it was just the break we were looking for - serene beautiful surroundings, extremely amiable staff , not to mention the ever smiling hostess and her attention to detail , which made our stay worth it\'s while.
We wanted to stay in a heritage property, which Naila Bagh Palace certainly is. But they have a long way to go to make the most of this centrally located, beautiful gardened property. Sweet talk is hardly the only skill that is enough to run a heritage hotel.
