Do not book this hotel - I was frustrated in 1 day stay. (Just wasted my Money, time and mood). Hotel was pathetic, way to reach hotel was very bad, very dangerous especially if it has rained . Staff is okay, but being an employee ultimately they have to follow their managers instruction . . Manager was not cooperative, neither he was interested in guests issues I booked a deluxe room from Expedia which stated it has AC and a smoking room. Stay was for 2 girls and 1 boy . Majorly I had 2 issues :. Assured Room Amenities: I booked an AC room which was mentioned as deluxe category in Expedia. When I was given a room it din't had an AC. When I reported this at reception, the person their asked me to wait as once manager is in he will inform me and I can discuss this with him so I decided to wait as payment was already made for the booking. He said manager will be in by 9:00 -9:30 am, but I was not informed when manager arrived, I asked a room service boy and he said yes manager is in. I went to the reception and informed the manager about the issue, might be he was prior informed by someone so before I finished my issue he said the room given to you is a deluxe room, I said but there is no AC. He asked he wheer it is written that you will get AC in deluxe room. I showed him my booking email. After Reading email he asked he to forward the email to his hotel sales email id as he need to confirm with Expedia what they mean by deluxe category. Then what was he discussing with me till now? ". "Also The hotel have no information about what other sites are showing content about their hotel". I came back to the room and called treebo, The agent informed me that only one deluxe room have AC in this hotel I asked what does that mean? Also if it was already booked why it was shown to me while booking and amount was taken for an AC room. Then he asked me how is the Weather and this is were I started losing my patience, the hell you have to do with the weather, I checked the weather before booking therefore booked an AC room and what does they mean if weather is okay they will not give me an AC room for which they have already taken payment from me". He asked me to stay on call while he will speak to hotel. After 10 min of wait he came back and informed me that he is SORRY and cannot help me as only premium rooms have AC's and if any cancellation happens they can shift me to AC room but they will charge me for that I was very upset and frustrated and disconnected the call . After some time my brother called Expedia and just wasted his time because they had same solution for us As we wasted half of our day and almost full of our mood so left the issue and went out, thinking that hotel might compensate something or in someway . While going out manager was at the gate so we just asked if something happened he said. I asked what are the charges for Dinner Buffet he thought for a second or two and then said RS 550/- per person. I got a doubt at same time that he is lying but din't said anything and left the place . In the evening it rained heavily I asked hotel if they have some cab to pick us, and as accepted they said. We managed to come back somehow 2. When I reached back some other person was there on reception, so called from my room and asked Dinner buffet prices again and he said its RS 500/- I confirmed again is it complete price or any tax will be applicable after this he said no this is final price I confirmed the timing and disconnected the call. When I went for buffet a person writing room numbers informed he as Dinner buffet is not free so RS 360/- per person will be charged, I said okay. Then he went out and I saw him talking to someone and watching us. While we were having our dinner the person came back and said I din't knew the prices as you already have discussed the price so that will be charged listening this we all were very much frustrated. We decided nothing to speak now and will talk to them in morning also will take the bill for dinner buffet In the morning when we went for check out the person on reception told us to pay 1500 for dinner buffet. We asked for the bill and he was speechless and after thinking he said bill will be emailed on your email-id. My sister asked what are the prices for buffet and informed what happened at dinner time, person their din't said anything and called room service department and asked if we have any bill. They bring 2 water bottle bill for RS 74/-. I asked to create same bill for dinner buffet. Then the manager called someone may be in accounts and asked him to create a bill as per RS 500/- per person for buffet, the person other side might have asked how can be create for 500 when the price is something different, manager replied so that's what I am saying taxes laga ke bana the. When I Received the bill the bill was for Rs 1142 without taxes and Rs 1200 with Taxes. I asked for an explanation how this happened and asked for a bill for RS 1500 on which I got an explanation that they gave you a discount of RS 300, I mentioned I don't need a discount now and if so please give me a reason of giving me a discount. Are they giving discount to everyone who checked-in? They din't had anything to say, on which my sister burs ted on them and said they did this as they thought we are girls and will not say anything. Why they don't have amount specified somewhere for buffet? Do they change the prices as per guests? These type of people, sometimes make it difficult for girls to travel. I am really telling you guys this whole thing happened just because we are girls and we are young and they thought we might not understand all this shit of them and will pay for whatever they say Will never Book Treebo again.

I visited Mussoorie. This was my holiday trip. I stayed in Nand Residency Hotel. I went there in the month of April 2016. I booked this hotel through online. The Destination was good. The location of the hotel was average. There were very small roads. I reached there through my own vehicle. Parking facility was available. It was very congested. The appearance of the hotel was good. The Front office staff was polite to receive us. The room was nice. It was clean and neat. TV and AC were working properly. The room services were very nice. The food was nice. The services were well kept. Overall activities were average. I didn't see any other fun amenities. No swimming pool. Overall this hotel was nice to stay.
We had been to this hotel in the month of December. The environment of the hotel was excellent. The appearance of the hotel was good. The front office and booking services were good since there were no delays in check in and checkout and their courtesy was good. The destination was good. The rooms we were provided with were good. The staff's were very good and quick responding to our needs. The food provided by the hotel was good and there were complimentary breakfast. The services provided by the hotel were excellent. The activities provided were very good. It was a personal trip with family. The overall experience at the hotel was good.

During first week of December planned a sudden road trip of Mussoorie. Booked Nand Residency hotel, they provide two kind of rooms with and without mountain view. Got a nice room with big balcony and snow clad mountain view. Front desk people are very polite and helping, service staff is friendly and quick, specially Thomas was prompt and providing very good service. Hotel have WiFi available and also a carrom board. Located conveniently near Mall road and Camels back road. I recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.
