The location of the hotel was very bad. The service was very poor in the hotel. The basic amenities were provided in the room. The activity was not conducted in the hotel. I had visited this hotel for relaxation purpose.
It is located centrally in Jaipur on Ashok route in c sheme. It is nice hotel with good rooms. Room service is good. Jaipur grill restaurant serves good food. It is located near to famous placed to visit in Jaipur. TV with set top box is available. Room are well maintained.

It was my first trip to Jaipur. During this trip we stayed at Palms Hotel. We spent two days here and I can say that it is a nice budget hotel. It is situated at Ahinsa Circle which is known as a crowded area in Jaipur but it will not bother you Our room was neat and tidy. Bathroom was just okay, not very modern. The front staff and room service were frequent and very supportive. Tariff was quite reasonable while comparing with other hotels The only thing which annoyed me was WiFi strength. It was very weak and I was not able to use it properly in my room. However, it can be ignored as you are staying at a budget hotel. Food was good, lots of Rajasthani dishes to taste. If you are looking for a comfortable and pocket friendly stay in Jaipur then you may consider Palms Hotel.
Hospitality of the reception and staff is just awesome. Never gave a chance of any kind of complain during the entire stay. Decoration of the hotel and the room is very royal, premium feel. I was there in Jaipur for official tour with my office mates. Superb hotel I is. Stayed there for our entire stay and they never gave anything to complain about. Superb service.
