Park Guest House, Santiniketan

Hotel is overall good. I stayed there for one night and two days. I went there with my family for vacation. Food was best. Both veg and non-veg food was available there. It is located at 500 meters of walkable distance from university. Hotel location was best. Staff service was good. Rooms were nice, clean, well-maintained, and refurnished. There was TV, geyser, etc. Available. Small playground and jhoola were there for children. Booking was done through phone and there was no problem. Santiniketan as a tourist place is best. According to budget, hotel is fully recommendable for other travellers. I went there with my family. We visited this place just for a relaxing time.

Overall, my stay experience was excellent. Staff behavior was friendly. Services were fully satisfactory. Rooms were well maintained, neat and clean. LCD, AC, geyser and other basic amenities were available. Inner and outer look of the hotel was awesome. Food was delicious. I had no problem during check in and check out process. Carom, cycling, chase, many indoor and outdoor games were available in activities. This is a recommendable hotel for tourists. I went there with my family for relaxation in February month 2014.

My overall experience in the hotel was very good. I did book my room over phone. There was no delay in check-in and check-out facility. They provided pick up and drop facility. Hotel was located near about half hr from the railway station. I stayed there two days. Santiniketan as a destination place is fantastic. Inside and outside look of the hotel was beautiful and ambience of the hotel was very nice. Services were quick and on time and also staff behaviour was very helpful and friendly. I booked a suite in the hotel. Room was spacious. Small freeze and other basic amenities were available in the room. Food was delicious. Cost wise, the food was reasonable. Many varieties were available like veg and non-veg. Carom, chess and other activities were available in the hotel. I travelled there in the month of September 2014 with my family for relaxation. This is a recommendable hotel to other travellers. I have no suggestion for the improvement of hotel.

It was an average hotel, appearance was fine, food was fine, rooms and service were fine.

Park Guest house gave us the comfort and luxury of being at home in spite of being away at home. This trip was memorable for us as after our wedding it was the first getaway of my family and my in-laws. The hospitality service of Park guest house made it really special for all of us as we had a great time. The rooms, quality of food, ambience, other additional facilities like their gaming room and availability of cycles for a quick joy ride made it a perfect country side visit which we had longed for since a long time. From the children to the oldies, we all had a superb three day relaxed tour which helped us destress ourselves and make the weekend really special. Three cheers to Pack guest house . Hip hip Hurray !!!
