Where beauty is God gifted

Parra is situated about 18 Km away from Miramar which is in Panjim and Parra is a village of Bardez Sub-District, of North Goa. Parra where beauty is God gifted, Coconut, Palm trees and Paddy fields, close to Mapusa and also close to villages Saligao, Calangute, Assagao, Anjuna, Baga, this village is largely spread and mostly its land comes under the small pockets of residential land. It is also close to the Capital Panjim, those who belong to this locality they are known as Porikkar, hence it is a place of Porikkars. Parra is very famous for its sweet and it's red Watermelons. It has a Church which is dedicated to St. Anne. This place remain always full with tourists and peoples are very co-operative.This area is quite peaceful, discerning visitors are much attracted, one will find the St-Anne Church visit is quite worthy. Have minimum baggages to enjoy the maximum. Weather is humid and temperature remains between 26-30 degree centigrade, so casual wear is enough. Many serviced villas are available like Villas Carvalho, The Residency etc.
