Staff's were well behaved

7.0/7
Posted 7 Oct, 2016

The hotel was located in the city. The staff's were well behaved in the hotel. The garden was available at the hotel. Everything was good at the hotel. The provided room was very good at the hotel. The transportation facility was not provided by the hotel. The hotel was well maintained. I would like to recommend this hotel to upcoming travellers. The overall experience of the hotel was good. I had booked room at the hotel by online. The food was very nice in the hotel.

Food was average but the price was high

I went there with my friends. We stayed there for four days. It was a costly hotel. It was a four-star category. Breakfast was complimentary and it was nice. Centralized AC was there. Room service was quick and on time. They had a restaurant. Veg and non-veg, both types of food were available there. Location of the hotel was good. Appearance of the hotel was very good. Reception services were very good. Service was good Room and room facility was very good. Food was average but the price was high. Swimming pool was there but we were not allowed to use. Some rules regarding the timings. Bangalore is a good place. We went there in August. It is a recommendable hotel. They should provide more activities like indoor games.

Excellent hotel; excellent stay

I had recently stayed for a weekend in this hotel, with my parents. It was a small family reunion and I chose this hotel to be not too far from the main city yet to experience a sort of getaway in the hotel. I had booked the executive suite and I must say that I was more than pleased. It had 2 comfortably large bedrooms with flat screen TVs and attached bathrooms, a powder room, a kitchen with a mini fridge, a cozy dining area and a living room with 2 couches and a large flat screen TV. I know you'd find all of these in most 5 start hotels but the crowning touch here was the impeccable and overly courteous nature of the staff. Be it with room cleaning, dining orders, travel inquiry. They never hesitated for even a moment in trying to accommodate my requests and were always smiling and eager to help. On asking one of the staff where the swimming pool was, he immediately took us on a short lovely tour of the hotel, including a visit to their brewery, the 3 restaurants, gym and swimming pool. I guess the only thing I would do differently is, not to book a room on the ground floor since we did get some noise occasionally from the people going to or getting out of the nearby lift. But overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing time in the city. The only negative point about the hotel is the location, it is not that easy to find due to its slight distance from the main road.

Beautiful place, food and service was excellent.

Domlur is one of the prime areas of Bangalore and this hotel is located in this area. However, being slightly in the interior, is a slight disadvantage. Once we step into the hotel premises, we get transformed, beautiful architecture, the rooms are very spacious and so is the bathroom where the bathing space is enclosed in a glass cubicle. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the pillows are so soft that it begs you to sleep . . They have three restaurants. The Sidewalk restaurant is in the ground floor. The color theme is red and they have put up a huge hand woven scroll in the wall, tastefully designed. This is a multi-cuisine restaurant. The Vembanad restaurant gives the Kerala ambience. Its wood work architecture in the roof gives a typical Kerala flavor. The "Masala Dani" is the Mughal restaurant catering to the taste buds of the North Indian cuisine. The walls paintings depict the Mughal architecture . The hotel is also now setting up a brewery in the top floor with a bar. The food quality is very good. The staff is very courteous, efficient and willing to help. Most of the rooms have a view overlooking the Sidewalk restaurant. I strongly recommend choosing these rooms which give a spectacular view of the red restaurant. My stay experiences was very good and strongly recommend this place to the business travelers.

The Paul hotel is in the heart of the city opposite to the golf view campus and near the posh Indira Nagar area. It's a very good hotel with suites room. The rooms are very good. The central artium with a restaurant is also very good. Guest can feel at home as the rooms are accompanied with mini kitchen and a hall. Overall, an excellent hotel for all kind of travellers. Hotel staff are also good and helpful.

Excellent property at the centre of the city but little bit far from airport. Rooms are huge, comfortable and well maintained including a lounge and a small study area. Breakfast is excellent & staff is very helpful and courteous. Gym area need some improvements. Had a great time with my friends, fabulous and reasonable stay I must say.
