Not a good hotel, rooms we're below average and food was not up to the standard. Geyser used to fail every now and then. Only good thing about this hotel is you can see Kanchenjunga when clouds are not there.

A perfect hotel with all modern equipment
Hotel is located in the heart of city. But it is very spacious and royal hotel of its type. Hotel looks very traditional from outside but it is perfect with all modern equipment. Greenery and lawn around hotel makes it cool and decent place. Food is delicious. Room is with all amenities and good arrangement.
Good hotel to stay with good service
Hotel rooms were very clean and food were also delicious. Though the view from the hotel was not very spectacular but the stay was descent. Room service was very good and it was a value for money stay. For sightseeing we planned from the hotel and they have really good contacts and help you if you need.

Pomra Hotel is a perfect choice for the travelers who all wish to have a comfortable stay at this beautiful place . Everything is perfect. Food was awesome and I am sure you will not complain about thier hospitality.
The experiance was excellent.We was given a room from where one can catch the glimpse of Mt. Kanchenjunga ( and we were lucky enough to watch the breath taking beauty of the whole mountain range at a time). The snow storm on the way to Nathula (at 12,500 ft.) was a li\'l bit scary as well as enjoyable. Over all the tour was enough good to keep in memory....
