      Historically important fort of Maharashtra

Pratapgarh fort is one of the most important forts in Maharashtra. The fort is located near Mahabaleshwar. The best time to visit the fort is monsoon or August ending where you can see lush green surrounding whole fort. The local guides are very good and gives you good tour and tell you the historic importance of the fort very well.
