I visited Andaman & Nicobar. It was a holiday trip with family. I went there in the month of November 2016. I am from Mumbai. I booked my stay through online. The location was good. The best way to reach the hotel is by road. The exterior designs were good. The response of front office staff is good. There were no other activities in the hotel. The food was delicious and the fish was tasty. There was a complimentary breakfast. The room was excellent with interior designs. The service was kind. There was no pickup and drop facility. There were no any indoor and outdoor facilities were not provided. I would suggest this hotel to others.

In the month of January, I visited this place along with my family members for a holiday trip. The destination was a good place to visit. The location of the hotel was poor, located in the congested area. The best way to reach the hotel was by cab. The appearance of the hotel was terrible, not well maintained. The reception staff were also terrible and unprofessional. The booking was an online booking. The room was also terrible and not clean. The overall service was average and not helpful. The food and drink were average. The overall experience was terrible.

Firstly, as the name suggests, this resort in Diglipur is pristine, superb location. Being far from the PB city, this doesn't have all the maddening crowd, so the stay was very peaceful and enjoyable. Then, the amenities were decent enough for the price and location and above all, the owner was quite helpful and accommodating. Also, the food served was well presented and nice tasting. Finally, the beach location is a must-visit and thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended
In December I had visited this hotel. It was a holiday trip with family. The destination was excellent. The island was very good. The location of the hotel was very good. The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception was very good. I had done this booking online. The staff's was excellent. The service was excellent. The food was very good. The activities were average. The overall experience of the stay in this hotel was good. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers for a stay.
Getting there: . . The process of booking etc was very smooth - the manager and staff were very responsive both on the phone and email, and were limited by connectivity only. They were very flexible and accommodative too Kalipur is not easy to get to - the best bet is to go by the day bus from Port Blair to Diglipur, (so you experience first hand the length and variety of the Andaman Islands) and then jeep from the bus stop to Pristine Resorts -Rs500) but one can also take the day ferry. The day bus was tolerable - had seats with more leg room than in economy seats of international flights, the ferry rides were pleasant (though loading the buses onto the barges appear hairy, they by-and-large know what they are doing) and we get to see the landscapes. Several toilet stops with Indian-style clean toilets that have functional doors and taps with running water. Return may be best by night ferry back to Port Blair. Pristine resorts were very helpful in getting return tickets. We could not make the night ferry because it does not run every night, so had to take the SS night bus. Seats were similar to the day bus, as were the toilet stops, but they played loud music the whole time (saying the driver needed it! ), They left a bright light in the aisle on the whole time, besides having super-bright decorative and flashing coloured lights to light up their gods, which were also on through the night. All of this happened even when driving through the reserve forest in the convoy. More conducive to exhaustion than sleep :( The road travel is constrained by the timings of the government convoy through the reserve area (it is mandatory that the drive through the reserve area is done as part of the convoy), but buses seem to get priority and the whole thing worked pretty smoothly The resort: The location is brilliant. Walking distance from sea, a longish walk or auto rickshaw ride to the foot of the Saddle Peak hike, and a 20-minute rickshaw ride away from the Aerial jetty from where the ferries to Ross&Smith islands ply. The TELNETTing monitoring hut of the forest department is a stone's throw away so we got to see a sea turtle too The food and service is outstanding. Every single member of the staff was excellent, extending personal attention. They were flexible with the timings too, feeding us before our early morning outings and providing us packed lunch We got a very good guide to climb Saddle Peak. They also rent out snorkelling masks, tubes and flippers at very reasonable rates, which we rented to go snorkelling in Ross&Smith The rooms at Pristine were clean and generally okay but had a major drawback: They did not have netting on the windows to keep the mosquitoes out, so we were forced to turn the air-conditioner on even with beautiful weather outside. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable, but lacked aeration and sunlight. Perhaps because of being shut off without enough aeration they seemed to be a nice field for cockroaches! Pristine does have log huts which have a more open feel and are not air-conditioned, and we would have preferred those, but these huts were not functional during our stay. A resort that claims to be unfriendly ought not to depend on reconditioning especially in weather such as the Andamans, since it is easy to keep the heat out using high-level ventilation, fans, thatched verandahs and greenery. And mosquitoes should be kept out with netting on the windows and an optional net for the bed. Besides, being denied the feel of the sea breeze during the night was sad.
It was a pleasure cum business trip with colleagues. Overall, the place looks pristine, going well along with its name. Located in Diglipur, it is located right opposite the Turtle Resorts, run by the Andaman Island tourism, so not difficult to locate The entire resort is divided into small cottages. The rooms are quite comfortable with most modern amenities available. Cable TV with flat screen television, air conditioning, attached Bath with toiletries, slippers, gown, towel, etc as expected from a resort of this nature. Service was courteous yet non intrusive The resort has an attached restaurant which offers both room service as well as dining area. An attached bar for those looking to indulge in spirits is also available. The quality of food is quite good but don't expect anything out of the ordinary especially with availability of raw materials a main issue in these islands a decent stay at a good location, for those looking for peace and quiet, away from the madding crowd. Definitely recommended.
I travelled to this hotel in the month of December 2016 for a holiday trip with family and the stay was good. The destination was excellent since the places were good to visit. The location of this hotel was very good as it was located conveniently. Best way to reach the hotel by car. The appearance of the hotel was very good as the interior and exterior was nice. Booking and front office at this hotel was very good as the hospitality was very good. It was a direct booking. Room was very good since it was maintained well with good amenities. The services at this hotel were very good as they were friendly and very quick too. Food at this hotel was very good since the taste and quality was nice. They provided complimentary breakfast too. There was a WiFi facility too and it was good. I suggest this hotel to other travellers. The overall experience was good at this hotel.
Prestine beach resort was a satisfying and exquisite resort for less frequent travellers like us as it had all that one would want to experience on a one time holiday. The ambience of the entire place right from the reception area to the dining which had great furniture up to the cottages was well designed and in sync with the surrounding nature. The cottages were cute and decor was great. Hosts were also very warm and friendly. Food was good. Overall, Diglipur, the place where the resort is located was a good choice made by Yatra for their package and Pristine was a great place to stay in this package. Great going.
I had been to the Hotel in the month of December 2016. I went for holiday purpose with my wife for heritage trip. I would rate the destination good as I like Havelock highland. My hotel location is also very good since it was near to beach and sightseeing places. Best way to reach the hotel is by taxi. The appearance of the hotel is good as it stag hunt was good. The hotel front office was average as the staff will not provide things on time. I booked the room through my friend. The room was average as they did not provide water and bed sheets on time. The service was average since they were not on time. Food I tasted was good with complimentary breakfast. They arranged for truck near the beach. The tariff I paid was three thousand rupees but I did not get that much facility was not worth for money. I will recommend this hotel to others. Overall, experience was good and I liked the location of the hotel.
