Raamateertham is situated on the Bavikonda Hill and is around 13 km away from Vizianagaram. This site is famous for its 1000 year old Sri Rama Temple, which was built by the Pushapati Kings during the 16th century. One of the unique features of this temple is that it has been built on a huge rock. A lake called Koneru is also found in the vicinity of this temple.

Gurubukhatakonda is a hill, which comprises of the remains of the Buddhist Mahasthupa. This Mahasthupa is 19 feet high and 65 feet in diameter. The ruins of a brick shrine that is enshrined with the images of Jain Thirtankaras, is also located close to this temple.
