Rajdeep Hotel, Ranikhet

I was at Ranikhet in the first week of November, 2013. As a destination, Ranikhet is not so attractive. However, I booked the Rajdeep Hotel for night stay. Location of the hotel is in the Sadar market (main market). It is almost 500 meters from the Government bus terminus. Share taxi stand is almost the same distance. From the front sided rooms one can see the Great Himalayan range consisting the Trishul, the Mrigathuni, the Nandadevi, The Nandakut etc. Front sided rooms are quite well and are consists of one drawing room and one bed room (are room suit). Staff are very helpful. Above all, the restaurant (Regards), beneath the hotel is very good. The restaurant is fully pure vegetarian. The foods served here, are delicious and tasty. But the hotel has not any arrangements of water purifier (Aquaguard etc. ). But the quality of drinking water at Ranikhet is very good.

I visited Ranikhet with my family on 21 of aug and stayed in the hotel for 2 days and checked out with a good experience. The service provided by the hotel was quiet good and staff was also cooperative. It is a good option to stay in Ranikhet. Location of the hotel is excellent. One thing I would like to suggest to the management of the hotel to take a step regarding staff grooming and dressing. They should be in uniform during service hours.

Very nice hotel and is highly recommendable. The location of the staff was very good and the rooms were very beautiful and spacious. The staff of the hotel were helpful and they give nice service. The food served was very tasty.

A Gem in the middle of the town. it is a nice hotel and a real value for money the food is good rooms are large we were 5 families been to this hotel it is good and a very best experience.

I visited for 2-3 days in Rajdeep hotel, in Ranikhet. This was my first visit there. I went there for a cool and clean environment and to pass my weekend. The location of the hotel is very good, just near to the main market, bank, restaurant and taxi stand (bus stand is also walkable distance). Under the hotel there is a restaurant where varieties of homely and hygienic food available. Even the restaurant is open upto 10 pm, whereas the other restaurants closes at 8 pm. The dealing of the hotel attendants to the owner is very amicable. There was adequate water supply and continuous electric supply. Tourist guidelines also available from the hotel. Rate of the hotel is 1300-1400/day, which a middle class people can also afford. In the room, one bed room and one drawing room is there. One more sitting arrangement is also there in the varanda towards the road side, where from we can take a sip of tea and see the natural beauty. Overall it was a nice trip, we (my family) will remember those days for a long time. Pls Do visit Ranikhet at least once in your life time.......................
