National reserve

All the wildlife junkies visiting this place a useful suggestions, please book from zones 1 to 5 only, Rest zones are hill areas and chances of spotting a tiger is very low.Agents are there for booking the zones safari's and they are charging very high for those zones. If you are trying to book online then 3 months before book the tickets. So plan the trip accordingly and please book in advance if you need to see tigers in reserve.

Ranthambhor Tiger Reserve

We visited this reserve in December 2015 (25th. ) in a family group of eight people. The visit was very good. We enjoyed the experience thoroughly. But we were not able to sight any Tiger, but sighted a lot of other wildlife. Due to continuous holidays, it was over crowded. So one must time the visit properly.

A fabulous visit

A really great place to visit. I visited this place on 1st January 2016. There are a lot of Monkeys but I must say they are too friendly. I went with my family. Safari was awesome experience. Watching Tiger was a thrilling moment. We had a lot photos, it was full of fun. It is one of the most famous place to visit among foreigners also. I would like to suggest everyone to visit this place. I was thinking that it is not a good place to visit but I was absolutely wrong. It is a great Fort situated in Sawai Madhopur. Fort has seven gate to enter in the temple of shree Ganesh.

A best place to spot TIGER

Sharing my 1st ever WILDLIFE SAFARI Experience at RANTHAMBORE. A great place to see TIGER in its natural habitat. Ranthambore Tiger Sanctuary, Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan is a best place to spot TIGER.There are 2 ways to Safari, firstly is the GYPSY, my style where you are near to earth & can experience as if being a part of the jungle & roaming to spot different wild animals. Second is a bit safer, in CANTER where you are higher to ground with at least 21 others accompanied.Well I had experienced both in my 4 days stay at SAWAI MADHOPUR. But the most thrilling was my 5th Safari on my last day in Sawai Madhopur.Morning Safari where we Spotted a Tiger climbing uphill and walking his way just 10-15 feet away from our Gypsy, marking his territory by leaving his scent on the tree & then resting in shade. Was truly an AMAZING Experience at Ranthambore, 1st SOLO Trip in Wildlife.

Lucky to sight tigers in our first safari in zone 2

Its a good dense forest with great probability to sight tigers especially in summers. We did 3 safari - zone 2, zone 3 and zone 4. We were lucky to sight tigers in our first safari in zone 2 itself, however were unable to sight any tigers in subsequent safaris. We were disappointed with the way the forest staff manage the safari tours and it seems there is no discipline. The canter picks you from hotel after 1 hour from the time when the safari is suppose to start and you loose on your time in jungle.

Best for wildlife photographer

The only place where photographer can click amazing photos because the area is small compared to other park and local driver and guide know where to stop vehicle for the front face shot of Tiger. Tiger lovers don't miss it and visit once.
