I had been to this hotel was in the month of October 2016 for official purpose. Location of the hotel was inside the city and was excellent. I had taken my own vehicle. Appearance of the hotel was excellent from interior and exterior. Check-in and check-out was done on time. Staff were co-operative and friendly. Service was on time. Service was good. Room was neat and spacious. All amenities were available and were functioning properly. No WiFi facility available in the hotel. Food was excellent. Destination was excellent. No activities were held at the hotel. Tariff was medium.

The Rising Star is awesome hotel it has awesome view and nice place. You can see the peak of mountain from the window of Rising Star. It is situated at high peak near to Hadimba temple. Delicious food and good services. Go and stay in Rising Star and hut for new.
We stayed in this for 2 nights. Rooms were spacious, clean and refurnished. Very good and quick service. The hotel staff is very co-operative, and they allowed us late check-out. Overall this hotel is value for money. Nice place to stay with good location. Hadimba Temple is just at a walking distance from the hotel. Overall it is a good hotel.
The hotel was conveniently located near to the bus stand. The staffs at the hotel were arrogant and rude. The check in and checkout was on time. The service at the hotel was worst. The activities were not arranged by the hotel. The food facility was very poor at the hotel. The staffs were not gave us a proper response when we complained them about something at the hotel. The room allocated to me was very bad in condition. The amenities were not working properly. The hot water facility was not there at the hotel. The bed sheets, pillows and blankets were so dusty and unhygienic. The bathroom was untidy. I had a worst experience at this hotel. I would not like to recommend this hotel for any other travellers.
It is located at Hadimba temple road, five min from bus stand and mall road. Rooms are clean with very good room service. A good small lawn available, guest can take morning tea there. Washing of clothes was not allowed but laundry was available. At reception, tourist help desk was available for visitor. A good hotel for family and couples. I stayed for three nights and enjoyed there.

We were not allowed to enter the hotel after 12 midnight, for the same reason we had argument with the receptionist. Overall it was good stay.
