We are on group tour in month of October and booked 5 AC rooms by travel agent for 2 night. When we reach the hotel, manager told that there is no room booked by us. When we contact to our travel agent then after discussion with them, they were ready to give 5 rooms. They provided 3 rooms on 2 and floor and 2 rooms on 3rd floor. Because of late night, we were ready for stay their. Rooms were bellow average with dirty bed sheet, noisy AC and CRT TV. We were demanding hot water to take Bath, but they were not ready to provide us. We had a lot of mosquito problem in rooms so demanded mosquito coil but after 1 hour they provided us with that. I advice people to never stay in like this hotel.
Our trip to this place was planned and we took a vehicle to Jaipur from Agra. We reached Jaipur in the evening and it was not too hot and too cold at that time and most hotels were under renovation for the season to begin as the season there was about to start soon. The room provided in this hotel was worth mentioning. It was spacious and well maintained. It was grand and very comfortable. The trip was pleasant. The hotel itself has a historical background with lots of photographs and artifacts. All the basic amenities are there and everything is so very well maintained. Talking about activities they have little less to offer, but even then the place has got nothing to complain about. It's good. The staff there are very courteous and the food offered was also very good. We were very much satisfied with these. Overall, had a memorable experience here.
It was a good place. We called the room service several times and they were really patient and responded quite swiftly. Our room was on the 4th floor, so I cannot talk about the disadvantages about having a room in the lower floors. The only problem was that while you are out, the staff enters your room using the master key, and clean up the mess so that you get a fresh room when you come back. This thing is quite risky. Also, the swimming pool was really dirty. The food and extra amenities were so expensive. The food is tasty but expensive in the restaurant that is in the open. Think of your budget before dining. So overall its a nice Hotel to stay.
The hotel is very nice, pool was very well maintained neat & clean for family it's nice place to enjoy the Jaipur. The staff was very nice in giving quick service. Meal is reasonable compare to other hotel. Indoor pool is at right distance from room in night there is no noise from pool.
