I visited this hotel for sightseeing trip with family in the month of December 2016. I had chosen this destination for adventurous visit. The destination was excellent as places were good. The hotel location was excellent since it was located conveniently. The appearance of the hotel was good since it was maintained well with interior. The booking and front office was good as the welcoming was good. It was an online booking. The services given by them were excellent since the staff were friendly. The room allotted to me was excellent since it was clean and washroom was well maintained. Food at this hotel was excellent since the taste and quality was good. There was a Wi-Fi and it was good in connection. The overall experience was good at this hotel.
I had been to Port Blair during the month of January 2017 and booked the room in the Rose Valley Island Retreat. It was my holiday trip with family. The destination Port Blair was very good as it is comfortable to stay for couple. The hotel location was very good as it is nearest to the market place. I would rate the appearance of the hotel as good as it is very clean. I would rate the front desk staff as very good as they are friendly and provided correct information. I booked this room directly at hotel. The house keeping services in the hotel were good because of responsible quick service. The hotel room was good with ambience and facilities. I would rate food as good because of taste and price is not high.
The internet facility was not provided in the room. The food quality was good in the hotel. All amenities were provided in the room. The room given to me was neat and clean. The activity was arranged by the hotel. I use any activity in the hotel. I would suggest this hotel to provide internet facility.
The hotel was situated far from the city. But the hotel was too good. I had faced some difficulties in reaching the hotel. There was no shopping mall or temple nearby the hotel. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and hygienic. They were quickly attended all of my requests. There was no delay at check in and checkout. I was happy with the room given to me as it was very nice. The appearance of the hotel was also very nice and classic. The room was spacious and well cleaned. Everything in the room was working properly. There was garden view from my room. They used to clean the room regularly. Hot and cold water facility was provided for all the time. I had taken the food only once from the hotel. The quality of the food was very nice but it was expensive in price. The hotel had not provided any of the activities. I would surely recommend this hotel to others also. The hotel was value for money.
I visited this hotel with my family. I booked this hotel by a direct visit. It was located in the out skirts of the city. Appearance of the hotel was good. Room provided to me was good. Basic amenities were provided to the rooms. I had no view from the room. Room service was good in this hotel. Staff members in the hotel were good in service. The food provided to me inside the hotel, I ate vegetarian and the price was reasonable. I will recommend this hotel to other travellers. Overall, the stay in the hotel was value for money.
Travel Date: April'15 . . What a beautiful and huge cottage it was! Ours was a cottage on the upper (top) floor. The wooden interiors and exteriors made us feel like we were living in the forest. Mesmerizing stairs to our cottage, Enchanting slanted roof, cosy little gallery with a sparkling lantern. Due-drops-rain in the early morning hours. The Swimming pool was not functional, according to the staff it was being cleaned on that day - no comments Flip side was strangely, more than half the things on the menu were not available, and we finally had to tell them to get us whatever was available. This was because the kitchen and restaurant were under restructuring Best highlight is open sky shower with rocks on the floor. Something that I just can't get over with! This feature makes it on my list when I revisit Port Blair.
It was around after two long years after our trip to Manali that we had planned this trip and this was a much awaited one indeed. It was a family trip and as they always are - creating cherishable moments The place is a bit off track, but they had pickup facility from the airport, so that was not much of an headache. Once you reach, the first thing you will notice is the calmness and the scenic beauty of the landscape they have beautifully crafted and built There is a huge pool, a tennis lawn, a club house. All summing up to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms(cottages I mean) are also very beautiful with awesome bathrooms. All the cottages had their bathrooms built in a different style, all unique and beautiful Their service was up to the mark, but could have been a bit better. According to me if you are in Andaman and you are willing to spend some money, then this is the best place to be in. Its worth the money they charge.
Rose valley, Andaman & Nicobar is a good hotel and overall nice experience. Staff was good and front desk support was good. On request they also upgraded our room for free of cost. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice quality of food and was also good.
The hotel location was not good and it was far from the city. There was no shopping mall around the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were average with all amenities were working properly. The food was good but bit expensive hotel. The appearance of the hotel from inside and outside was good. There were indoor and outdoor games and would like to suggest improve room maintenance. The management did not arranged sightseeing trip. The destination was awesome. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers. It was family trip.
We went to Andaman for honeymoon in December 2012 and we booked this place. It is so lovely and romantic place and very nice names of rooms like parrot island, etc. Amazing rooms, beautiful bathroom, nice food, very nice swimming pool, service is also very good and very friendly staff. It made our honeymoon so romantic.
Hotel is good but was far from the prime location. I visited this place with my family in September 2014. Outside and inside look of the hotel was fine and fully maintained. I did not face any difficulty in booking and billing process. Staff members were responding quickly without any delay. Room was neat and clean and equipped with AC, TV, geyser, bed, blanket, etc. Complimentary breakfast was okay, taste and quality wise. Food was good. I did not use any activities there. Port Blair as a tourist place is really peaceful destination.
