It was a holiday trip with family. It was in the month of April 2017. I had booked this hotel through travel agent. As a destination Manali was very good place. As it was raining I could not go as all road was blocked I forgot the name it was a famous place I was disappointed I could not see as I stayed for 3 nights. The location of hotel was good. The appearance of hotel was neat and clean it was very good. The reception was friendly which was very good. When we asked for the famous place they informed us but we could not go as police had blocked it. The room was excellent it was neat and clean. We had food in hotel it self it was good taste it was excellent. There were no extra facility as I did not see anything.
On a honeymoon trip we stayed at Manali during the month of January 2017. I booked a room at this hotel through online. The hotel region was nearby to the sightseeing places. It was excellent. It was in the city center and easy to access. Parking facility was available. The appearance was just okay not bad. It was simple. The booking process was done on time. The hospitality was excellent. They welcomed us with a good smile. The overall service was very good and satisfactory. Rooms were well maintained with the basic amenities like TV hot water facility clean beds blankets and much more. It was spacious. The room service was prompt and on time. Breakfast was complimentary. There were varieties of food items. It was tasty and delicious. No WiFi facility. There were no fun amenities. Our stay was comfortable so I refer this hotel to everyone.
For a family holiday trip I went to the Manali in the month of December 2016. I booked my stay through a travel agency. The location was very good. The appearance of the hotel was good. The interior was good but they have to improve in the exterior. They need to replant that which room they have to provide. They had delayed providing the room. The room was cleanly maintained and well arranged. The food was tasty. The Panner dish was cooked very well. The activities were available but too costly. The Manali was a beautiful place. They arranged sightseeing for us. The check-in time is 12 oclock then they have to provide breakfast.

I suggested the hotel management improve room facilities. Overall this hotel experience was good.

Service at the hotel is very hospitable and friendly. Front office staff were welcoming and polite. Rooms are comfortable and welding. Interiors are pretty. Food was excellent. Taste and quality was great. There were no additional activities provided by the hotel.

The room service is good and the front office is good too. The food is also good and they offered multiple dishes. But there's no WiFi facility included
