My experience in this hotel was good. Boating I liked the most in this hotel. It was located in little interior. It was at around 2 hour distance from Airport and nearby the river. Staff behaviour was nice in this hotel. They gave immediate services. Reception lady was good by nature. Inside and outside look of the hotel was nice. Entrance was nice there. Room was neat and clean. Swimming pool and boating pond view was visible from the room. There was no delay in check-in and check-out process. I stayed there only for one day. TV, AC, geyser, etc. Were in working condition in the room. Pillows, bed sheets, blankets, and all were neat there. Bathroom was also nice there. Overall, I liked the room. Restaurant was available there. I took veg food there. Its price was little expensive. Swimming pool and boating were present there. I did use them. I booked a vehicle for sightseeing through travels. Money wise, it was little costly. I will recommend it to my friends. No suggestion is required for hotel development. I visited there with my family in June.
We stayed here in April . The location is good for the people who love peace . This hotel is located on the backwaters and the other side there is a rice farm . The front desk of hotel is excellent and the room service aswel. The hotel is having a decent swimming pool and a private lake in which one can have a paddle boating and kayaking absolutely free . The hotel has big garden as a sit out . And one machan aswel . Sitting from which one can have the infinite views of the rice farms. We were upgraded to suit room . The room was very big with a separate sitting room with two acs and two tvs . Infact every room if this hotel has a beautiful view . The hotel has it's own houseboat also . The food was also nice with a reasonable price .
I stayed in Hotel Royal Riviera in Kumarakom. I found Hotel Riviera best of all these. I found wellhead staff with hospitality. In front of the hotel there is a beautiful swimming pool. Neat, clean and a refurnished room, from balcony I could see the river view with moving house boats. Hotel provided us houseboat in nominal rates, we enjoyed long boating. If you provide better North Indian dishes with pure ghee not Coconut oil, also a disco dance platform in hall, I will call this hotel 5 star. Best wishes.
The hotel was located at a good location. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The services provided was satisfactory and the staff was friendly. The check-in was very fast and we received a warm welcome. The swimming pool was well maintained and clean with all the safety facilities. The pond beside the pool was a good feature and the paddle boating was very fun. The rooms were clean and well maintained and quite cosy. My family stayed in a suite and we were awed when we stepped in the room. The restrooms were quite clean and the water from the taps was clean. The food was nice and there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The food was fresh and well prepared. The birds in the garden were also good but the badminton court was not satisfactory. Overall we had a nice time and this is a wonderful hotel.
