Sant Dhyaneswar Mandir was built in 1570 AD, where the famous saint Dhyaneswar attained Samadhi in front of the lord Siddheswara or Panduranga.  Sant Dhyaneswar  preached and encouraged people to pray the Lord Panduranga. There are regular kirtans and sermons held in the premises where the Sant Dhyaneswar temple is located.

The Samadhi and the temple of Sant Dhyaneswar are visited by many Hindu devotees, throughout the year, especially by the varkari sect people. At the banks of Indrayani River, two fairs are held annually during the month of Ashadha and Kartik, where pilgrims gather and pray the Lord.

Temple built by Peshwas is completely built in Black Stone.You experience the world of spirituality by entering the temple premises with each and every person chanting "Dnyanba tukram" while taking step towards chamber of Saint Dnayaneshwar Maharaj. Saint Dynaneshwar took 'Sanjivan Samadhi' here after translating Bhagvat Gita in Marathi for then the common people who were not versed with sanskrit.You can have good, hygenic and tasty food at Hotel Aradhana.Spending evening at shore of River Indrayani is worthwhile.
