Located in the bkc business district means that there arent a lot of shops around, only commercial office buildings. Ask at the reception for staycation packges - I got a deal that included a free massage, breakfast buffet as well as lunch or dinner. Service is amazing

I recently stayed with Sofitel for my business in Mumbai and I must say that it was one of my best stays in Mumbai. Hotel staff was very friendly and supporting. Room was very spacious and comfortable and the best part was food. I loved the food there.

I have stayed at Sofitel during my initial few days in Mumbai when I relocated. It is the best hotel by Accor group in India and you can feel it right from the majestic view from outside as well as the grand lobby The staff at the hotel is very courteous and helpful in organizing any travel, special celebrations or catering to special needs (E. G. Medical). I found the room service to be really helpful too - they made sure that I was looked after well when I was a little sick Food at the Indian restaurant is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which as per me is the largest spread I have ever seen in an Indian 5-star. The In-room dining options are a little limited, so if you need something special that is not on the menu - make sure you ask the operator if chef can get it delivered The only problem that Sofitel has is that it has very baling rooms with dull nights which makes it uncomfortable for working or socializing. You feel like sleeping all the time. Like most 5-stars, the hotel has yellow light but that is too dull for Indian standards as we are used to white lights.
Very impressive. Welland hotel in the middle of Mumbai's new business hub - the BKC. Very well conforming to the Accor Hotels standard Had booked a club-category room, which entitles you to a complimentary one-way airport transfer, access to the club lounge with afternoon tea & evening cocktails, late checkout and many other privileges Service was excellent. Guest relations staff was fully prepared with welcome courtesies and room was kept ready to occupy about 5 hours before check-in time (on request) Room was superb; Very clean, very functional and spacious. Being a club room, it was situated in the higher floor, although the view was not at all impressive. Very comfortable bed, ample storage space for your stuff, amenities like tea/coffee making facility + Nespresso machine. The bathroom was also very spacious, clean and functional, equipped with a separate shower (rainshower included) and Bath tub Breakfast at the restaurant was superb. Very lavish spread with lots of live cooking. Music was a bit too loud in the restaurant to have a conversation with your partner The hotel also had a terrace pool (not very big) and spa, but didn't use either Surroundings of the hotel are the new business hub of Mumbai - the Bandra-Kurla Complex. So it's mostly office buildings with some scattered shops & restaurants Room Tip: Go for the club-category rooms - totally worth the extra money.
This hotel has a very nice location in Mumbai. An excellent hotel with very good services, and good food. Rooms are spacious, with beautiful interiors. Overall, a beautiful hotel. The amenities were quite good, staff was quite good, housekeeping was nice.
In the month of December I stayed in this hotel and it was official trip with colleagues. The destination was good. The hotel location was very nice and best way to reach this hotel by cab. Hotel appearance was also good and outside looks standard designs. Front desk was very nice employees were very professional and Check in and checkout went very smoothly. The room was excellent clean and neat and well maintained. Service was average some confusion in service. The food and drinks was very good with good quality and quantity. There were no other activities available. The overall experience staying was very good
Very nice hotel, carefully decorated. The rooms are walloped (courtesy tray, coffee maker, desk with internet connection, music system compatible iPhone. And spacious. Bedding is an incredible comfort! The staff is pleasant and very attentive. The buffet restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes, good quality. Breakfast is plentiful, with the possibility of many dishes cooked to order. The hotel is a bit remote from the center of Mumbai but access is convenient and allows you to move easily. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation.
