I had been to this hotel in the month of January 2017 with family. I have booked the room for two person and they have booked it for single hence they charged for that. The destination was average as it was not good. The location of the hotel was very good as it was located near to station. The appearance of the hotel was good but the interior of room was not so good. Booking and front office was good as the hospitality was good. It was an online booking through make my trip. The room allotted to me was good since the facilities and cleanliness was good. Overall services provided by the staff were good as they were friendly. I did not take any food at this hotel. There was a plastic mat when we come out of washroom hence I suggest them to provide with the cloth material. It was a booking through stayvilla. My overall experience at this hotel was good.
The room was clean and neat. All amenities were working in the room. The check in and checkout was done on time. The food was good with quality and quantity. I use any activities conducted by this hotel. I had visited this hotel with mu family.
I stayed in this hotel on 23 October 2015 in family room. My experience is really bad for the reason stated below: . . 1. Room full of bad smell. 2. Mattresses are rock solid and uncomfortable for sleep. 3. Pillows were looking like made of stone. 4. Bathroom drainage was almost blocked. 5. Mosquito and cockroaches issues Good thing was breakfast only.
I visited to Solapur for my personal work. When I reach to Solapur railway station one auto rikshow driver told me about Primal International Hotel. This is best location hotel with beautiful external look. Room is clean and big with good decoration. Staff service is very fast.
This hotel is less than a kilometer from the railway station. Located in a junction, and walking distance from the commercial and administrative area of Solapur. One has AC and non-AC rooms. We took the non-AC ones on the top third floor facing the road which is very airy. They have a separate dressing area in the room One gets a nice view of an area of Solapur. The Mayor's bungalow is just across the road. The hotel's Sanskruti restaurant has good ambience, lighting. For lunch we had veg. Pulao, as we were in a hurry, and was very tasty. For dinner we had methi malai mattar, veg. Kadhai and Rotis. For breakfast we had potato parathas and kanda Poha. Overall, the food was good, tasty and served in good time. Service was equally good.
Our purpose of visit is pilgrimage tour to see Tuljapur Temple. We start the journey from Mumbai by Car at 10. 00 am we reach evening at Pandharpur, our plan is to stay in Pandharpur because in Solapur Primal International Hotel is booked from next day morning. But in the evening we request reception staff to arrange for the night accommodation. The room are not available but our request they arrange a small cottage room for us. We reach at 1. 30 am in the night. In the morning we shifted to our room, we booked three different room. All rooms are spacious, two rooms having 32 inches LCD and one room 21 inches TV, with all famous channels. Staff was very co-operative, specially thanks to reception female.
I visited Solapur during July for going Tuljapur, Bhavani Temple. Since it was almost end of summer vacation, most of hotels were full. So I booked this hotel without any option left in last minute. (While travelling in train from Chennai to Solapur). I reached Solapur station at early morning 4 am. I walked to hotel (as I already checked on maps it's just 500m from Railway Station). It was closed, but since the hotel owner informed me earlier that you can call me and wake him up, I did. He responded and provided the keys (good man). I stayed in AC room, AC was working fine. But TV never worked :( In the morning I dint have breakfast as I was already late, I just had sleep for two hours . . Beds are "Average" (can be managed, if stay only for few hours). But the bathroom/toilet needs few/some improvements. Overall, it was not a bad stay at Srikamal, but I would visit again because cost is comparatively less and for important reason "RAILWAY STATION IS SO CLOSE". But next time I would like to see few improvements in bathroom/toilet sanitation.
Very badly maintained. There is big crack in WC commode that can break anytime causing serious injuries. Paint on the walls was peeling off. Blankets were stinking. All taps are hard to turn on or off. 14" TV is not worth watching. Some terms and conditions recollect the memories of Idi Amin. While checking out at 4:00 AM, the reception was neither accepting card nor having any change.
This hotel is convenient to locate with helpful staff, prompt check in and checkout procedures. Appearance of the hotel is nice with good rooms and all the amenities are in working condition.
Hotel is in a good location and the services offered is very nice. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Lodge and room are neatly maintained. Got guidance for visiting the nearby places. Restaurant services is available however we had taken only tea in the morning and left for our visits.
