Patriotism at its best

I was filled with joy and pride when I heard the story of unsung hero Jaswant Singh, the army men who saved our country, stopped Chinese army for hours and fought bravely. This war memorial is built in his memory and very well-maintained by Indian Army.

Showcases the war equipments

This war memorial was built in memory of soldiers who lost their lives during the 1962 Indo-Sino war. It also has a museum which showcases the events of the war, equipments used during the war and lists the names of the soldiers and their regiments who sacrificed their live for the sake of country. One who is interested in history must visit this. Photography is allowed here. There is a army canteen where one can buy T shirts, caps, knifes etc at normal prices. Also try to watch the movie shown there at a nominal price of Rs 10/- only. There is a chorten at the centre with as usual colourful Buddhist architecture and the prayer wheels all around.

Its about the Indo-China war of 1962. This was built in the memory of the great Indian soldiers who died during the war. The used rifles, guns, bullets, and other amenities are preserved here. The detailed description on the war is also mentioned here for the knowledge of common people and the visitors.
