The hotel was located very near to railway station. There was no issue during checking in or checking out. The exterior of the hotel was excellent. The staff service was very good they were quick to the request. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. It was value for the money overall. Food quality was good and tasty. There were no such activities organized by the hotel management. All together it was a good experience in this hotel and I would recommend to other travellers.
Wonderful hotel it is. The reception is very beautiful and has a touch of Trivandrum culture. Manager is very kind. Staff members are good. Location is good, rooms are nice, services are satisfactory. You can easily visit the Padmanabha temple there. Everything is beautiful.
Services were good of the hotel. It was a 3 star property. This hotel is economical. Room was not spacious but it was well furnished. Hotel was located near to the railway station. Trivandrum as a destination is peaceful place. Regarding pick and drop facility I am not sure. Location wise hotel was nice. Look wise it was average. Nice view was visible from the room. I did book it on the spot on my reached. I went there alone for my business work in June month. Booking and front office staff was okay-okay. Staff was good in behaviour and helpful. Room was equipped with bed, TV, normal water, etc. I got complimentary breakfast in the hotel. Food was available in the hotel but I did not take there. Activities were missing there. It was my relaxed holiday.
Hotel was good. It is a 3star hotel, but overall a good one in Trivandrum near the railway station and bus stand. From here, Kovalam Beach is just a 1-hour journey and Ponmudi is a 2-hour journey. The hotel staff was hospitable and also provided good information on where to travel in Kerala.
The hotel is of AC and non-AC and rooms are neat and clean. The hotel has a restaurant with veg and non veg food and is very tasty. Service was good and quick. Parking facility was available. It is recommendable hotel.
To see padmaswamy temple and to visit kovlam beach. Near to railway station services are poor. During check-in there is no problem but in check-out lot of problem faced city is quite good. There is no extra facilities like swimming pool etc. Not to advice people to go this hotel. Advice to go and take hotel near to kovlam beach. Hotel staff is not cooperative. Language problem is more.
Our advance booking was done in SRI NAVARATNA HOTEL, parent hotel of TEEKAY PALACE with 3 AC del Double bed with complementary breakfast and dinner for 6 Persons. On arrival at Si Navratna no rooms were available for us. Manager told us to take dinner in Hotel Sri Navartna, meantime he will arrange same rooms in his parent hotel Teekay Palace. After having food in hotel\\\\\\\'s restaurant (taste and restaurant both were ordinary) for Rs.826/-. we were told to go to hotel Teekay Palace, but there also we were alloted 3 ordinary non AC rooms with lot of mosqutos in rooms. However the time was 11.15 p.m. we stayed there. In the morning while checking out Rs.400/- out of Rs.826/- food cost of dinner we had in Ordinary restaurant were recovered from us towards the dinner cost of TWO 7 yrs old childs (that means for 6 adults cost of dinner food was Rs.426/ only). while writing complaints in complaint register we found lots of complaints written in the register. I recommend to stay in Dharmshala rathar stay in these Both hotels.
I stayed in the hotel for one night and ran away the next day. The deluxe room is very congested and the bed is really horrible to sleep. All the hotels charge for extra bed if the kid is of age 11 or 12. My daughter is only 10 years and they charge for extra bed even though we did not order for extra bed. The air conditioner did not work properly and the rest room smells cigerate smoking smell. I kept on asking them to spray the rest room but it happened before i check out.
