I visited the hotel along with my friends and family during the month of October. The destination was excellent to travel and palace was worth going. The location of the hotel was very good and on main road. The appearance of the hotel was excellent. Front desk staff's was polite and co-operative. Room was spacious, clean and with all amenities. Housekeeping services was quick to respond. The food served was very good in quality and tasty. Complimentary breakfast was also given to us. WiFi services and indoor activities were also there.

It was a good hotel with good location and heritage feeling. Food was good but the rates are higher as compared to other restaurants. Room was good as I have little time for only 1 night so can't comment more but overall it was good experience staying with Heritage, Jaipur will recommend to my friends and try to visit again.

The hotel was very good. The overall experience in the hotel was nice. I don't have any suggestion for this hotel. The reception and staff people behaviour was very nice and cooperative. I would like to recommend this hotel to upcoming travellers. The room was neat and tidy.

Great experience to stay in that hotel

Best hotel in Jaipur. I enjoyed my stay there with my all group members from Israel. Their specialty at restaurant is live music and presentation of food. It could be best if the room size could be little big. The most important thing that this hotel is 20km. Away from main sightseeing of Jaipur like Amber Fort and City Palace.

Avoid this like the plague

Aside from asking a guest who boarded her flight at 6 am to wait for 2 hours because it wasn't the official check-in time (yes the room was free, just "not ready") the totally cretinous staff at this hotel lack simple common sense. Seriously freakish decor (Jaipur is a heritage city, it shouldn't be so hard). There are silvery mother of pearl and rainbow coloured stars and flowers everywhere in the foyer. The room ventilation is poor and they all smell musty. The bathroom either runs boiling water hot enough to cause first degree burns or ice cold jets that will have you yelping. I am not exaggerating, my friend screamed her guts out and I banged on the door thinking something horrible had happened. The food I really can't comment on since I didn't risk eating any so the rating is a guess. We changed hotels after our first night, it was so atrocious.
