Amazing Temple Architecture and Religious place

A wonderful example of a great Indian Temple sculpture - specially of Deccan art. A temple built over 3 dynasties (Rashtrakuta, Cholya & Yadava) and 400 years, it's a superb piece of Indian art, Hindu religion and culture. A must visit for all the history and art lovers.Don't miss the beauty of surrounding.. Krishna river, the western ghat, sugarcane fields and nearby Rajapur type dam.

Highly recommended!!!

This is a very ancient temple and well maintained. Thankfully, not yet commercially exploited like many other temples. Location being on the banks of River Krishna river is an added plus.
