On a holiday trip I visited Udaipur during the month of March 2017 with my family. I booked a room at this home stay through online in the booking. Com website. The location of the home was not convenient. It was very inside from the main area. The best way to reach the home stay was through an auto. The roads were too narrow. The appearance was not much appealing. It had simple looks. The reception area was small. The staff was very nice. They completed the booking process on time. They were cordial and responded on time. They received us with smiling face. No pick and drop facility. Rooms were good. The doors and walls were well painted with contrast colors. The ambience was attractive. It was clean and spacious. The room service was good prompt and on time. Eating area was clean. The taste and quality of food were good. Indian spicy foods were not available. Complimentary breakfast was provided. No gym or spa was there. Free WiFi facility was there. No lift facility. The overall service was good and very satisfactory. I indicate the management to provide a lift facility.
I stayed 5 nights in the little prince heritage hotel and I enjoyed my stay with the little prince crew. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was good and the cook cares for his customers. Staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend the little prince hotel as a good mid-class hotel with reasonable prices.
We were first unhappy with the location of the hotel as it is in the narrow lanes of the city center. But later on check-in we found the hotel ambience was excellent, there is not a single wall unpainted. Paintings are amazing and very well maintained. The rooms are clean and staff is also very coordinating and helpful. Breakfast was limited but was tasty. We stayed for 2 nights and had dinner in the restaurant on the roof top. The view was amazing along with the food. We asked the chief to prepare a dish as per our taste and he excelled in it. Though dishes served are limited but quality of food in good. I don't mind staying at this hotel again looking at the hospitality.
My family and I stayed in The Little Prince Heritage Home, Udaipur in the month of November 2013. We got a warm welcome by a foreign lady, which was very exciting. She was very friendly to us. Hotel management is very professional. Service provided in the roof garden restaurant was superb. Food was delicious too. Hotel fulfilled all our wishes in terms of dishes. Restaurant offers all kinds of food, which is really appreciable. Hotel staff told us, jayega Sirji", to all our service requirements. It was a fantastic stay in The Little Prince Heritage Home, Udaipur.
I reached hotel on 16/02/2014 at 4 PM. There was no body in the reception, I was standing like an insane and shouted for 10 minutes. Then, finally I went on the roof top and talked to them. There was no body to listen to my request regarding booking. I called manager and talked to him. After that, we were given room. The room did have a lock from inside. I called the staff member, but he directly refused to change room as the hotel is 100% packed. I talked to manager; he told that he will be sending someone within sometime. A man came after 2 hour for repairing that lock. There was no drinking water facility given to us. Nobody is there is response to my request or any needs. The locality was highly stinking and there was a kind of people standing in front of hotel, who will be scaring at you. When we woke up in the morning, nobody came to ask me about the breakfast though it was included in the booking. This is was a really disgusting service from your side. I could never imagined clear trip to be giving rating to such kind of hotel and charging high amount to customer. I was with my family and couldn't write the problem, we faced over 12 hour. Finally in the morning, I changed the hotel and spend for the same. I really went through mental distraction, torturing and problem, which I faced during the 12 hours couldn't be written down in this single sheet of paper. Put yourself into my shoes, and then realize my pain. This will really create a negative image in market and will diminish the brand value of clear trip. I would not be escalating this much if I could get my refund, otherwise it may have negative repercussion.
