Good room allotted and the service
During the month of November 2016 I had been to Kochi (Cochin) and made my stay in The Olive. It was my holiday trip with family. The destination Kochi (Cochin) was good to enjoy with family. I would rate the location as very good transportation is easy from this place. The appearance of the hotel was good because it is clean and neat. The staff at the reception was average. I booked this hotel via online. The house keeping services were average since it is for limited time. The hotel room was average. The food in the hotel was good as we can have so many options as according to the season.

Well-maintained rooms; good appearance
Overall, experience in the hotel was good. I regularly stay in this hotel and stay every year in this hotel. Taste of food was good with variety in the food menu and best thing in the hotel is near to the beach. It is located in a convenient location and was easy to find the hotel. Surroundings of the hotel was good. Staff service in the hotel was good and quick in service. The appearance of the hotel was good. The rooms are spacious and well maintained with clean bedspreads, pillows amenities like AC, TV and a geyser in working condition. The rooms have beach view. The washroom was clean with hot water facility. There was no delay while check-in and check-out. I was happy with the room allotted. It is value for the money paid and recommendable to other travellers.
Nice hotel with good appearance
The hotel is good and have appreciable service. The bed are just awesome with new bed spreads. The breakfast is good. I had chapthi and paneer curry which was good. The room service is also good. I have been to Kochi for a couple of times and every time I used to stay in some different hotels. One time I stayed here. The parking facility should be improved a lot.

Excellent place to stay in Cochin. Visited this place on official purpose. On time services like check in, checkout, room service, parking, WiFi. Staff were friendly and cooperative. Complimentary breakfast was available. Rooms are spacious, clean and with all the amenities. Very Happy Stay.
Good hotel to stay with spacious rooms
Brand new hotel in the heart of the city, it was half operational when I first visited them. Good spacious and cosy rooms. Service staff and other staff are really very good, it could be that they are new and they have to establish. The best thing I enjoyed is their restaurant 'Afghan' good authentic Afghani cuisine good in portion too.
