In the month of January 2017 I stayed in The Sukoon Resort. It was business trip. The destination of the resort was good. Location of the resort very good, as it was conveniently located. The appearance of the resort was excellent, since it was very clean and infrastructure was good. There was swimming pool in the resort. The reception at this resort was excellent, while they were throughout the clock and responsive. The room at this resort was very good, as it was well maintained. There was free WiFi facility in the resort. The food at this resort was good in taste. The services at this resort were very good as they were quick to attend us. I booked it through phone call. Overall experience was very good.
The location of the hotel was very good. The hotel was located outside of the city. The Wi-Fi facility was not provided by the hotel. The appearance of the hotel was good. The garden was available at the hotel. The booking and front office was good in the hotel. There was no delay in check in and checkout. The service of the hotel was good. The behaviour of staff’s was friendly in the hotel. I didn't taste food from the hotel. The activities were not arranged by the hotel.
