Tomb of Sheikh Musa, located on the eastern hill along with the remains of the Temple of Hathor, is surrounded by a defensive wall. The tomb of Sheik Musa is famous for its shaking minarets, whose shaking is distinctly apparent. The architecture of this tomb is of Muslim and Rajput design. The Temple of Hathor, located in the vicinity to this tomb, is believed to be of the Third Dynasty and was restored again in 11th Dynasty of Tuthmosis. It was destroyed again and then rebuilt in the  Ptolemaic Period. Archaeologists have found Greek and demotic papyri within the temple complex.
