The hotel location was near to our training campus. So the Bangalore traffic didn't bother us much. The hotels rooms were pretty clean and they were cleaning the rooms daily. But they didn't provide new shampoo, soaps etc. Whatever toiletries items left there was already used. They made up the bed every day but did not change the sheets. Waste bins were cleared daily. Some rooms' attached bathrooms had a stinking smell, as there were no exhaust facilities, it was sometimes very uncomfortable. Even the corridors had a stinking smell in the morning. Rooms had their own supply of tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk sachets and tea maker; we can make our own tea/coffee. Our stay was for 4 days. It included breakfast and dinner. First day dinner was so horrible, it included chicken curry with drumstick - very bad. Second day onwards things improved. But for breakfast some items they were using the same things after refrigeration or reheating. Even the fruits they used were started to rot. Some people had stomach problem after second day dinner, but unable to find out which item was the culprit may be the restaurant drinking water. They provided half litre mineral water to every guest daily but that will not suffice. Though they said they will provide one more half litre bottle daily if requested, only for one day they kept the promise. Restaurant charge Rs. 75/- for 1 litre mineral water, so please stock up your mineral water from outside if you do not want to waste money on mineral water. Being friendly with restaurant staff had created some problems. During our friendly talk we gave away some information that some people may leave early in the evening. So they called us in the morning itself and requested, if we can shift the luggage to another room and give them the rooms back for reissuing. Though they didn't force us, we had to take the luggage and go for the training at the last moment which delayed our journey to the campus. Overall cleanliness was okay compared to other cities we have stayed like Varanasi and Nadiad etc. But that was not a star facility.
I had visited Bangalore during October and stayed in this hotel this hotel was visited for an official purpose. Bangalore city was very good to visit. The hotel seemed good exterior. Checking services were not delayed. The staff were well behaved too. The room was well maintained, amenities provided were good too. Food was good, both the varieties of vegetarian and non-vegetarian were fine.
Room service and food as well nice. Breakfast is nice. But they are not able to provide us separate rooms even we inquire them twice. They were not able to allocate separate rooms to us. But room service is nice. Hope will get separate rooms today atleast.
