Valiya Juma Masjid, one of the important pilgrim centres of the Muslims, is situated on the Kozhikod-Nilmbur-Gudallur road of Kerala. The mausoleum of the Malappuram shaheeds or martyrs is located in  vicinity of the Masjid. The site is visited by a number of tourists during the four day annual festival, which is celebrated in the month of April.

Important Pilgrim centre

This is an important pilgrim centre of the Muslims of Kerala. It was built during the british government. It is a historical place to study old India but the place is not protected by the government now.
