Must visit if you are in Alibaug

This temple is also known as Birla Mandir. Idols are carved from White Marble. There are five different sanctums and each idol is very beautiful. Well-maintained temple with simple architecture but there is something that give you a feeling of satisfaction and solace. I wonder "what it is" that makes it different that the other temple in the vicinity. I still have not found any answer after visiting this temple thrice. People say this temple look all the more beautiful in the evening. I didn't have the luck to visit this temple in the evening yet but surely I will find that special occasion soon. You are not allowed to carry any cameras and phones inside.

Amazing temple just like any other Birla temple

The temple is beautiful. There are many steps to climb, but an easy climb. It is worth a visit not only for religious folks but also for those who appreciate art and architecture.Make sure you take food as not many hotels are, nearby. The view from the top (where mandir is located) is also very scenic.
