One of must visit place in Mathura

This is just walk away from Dwarkadheesh Temple just few steps downstairs. This ghat is really well maintained, one can have bath and boat ride from here. Yamuna aarti is also performed here, best time to visit either on sunrise or during the day or in evening aarti time.

Must visit

Usually parikarma of parbat starts from this place and ends here itself. It is said that after killing the kansa KRISHAN JI took rest here, so it is called vishram ghat.

This is a very famous and holy place in Mathura

This is Yamuna Ghat from many Ghats of Yamuna. It's in Mathura and very famous Ghat in Mathura. This is a very holy place and in the evening there is a worship of Yamuna Maa daily. I really suggest that if anyone comes to Mathura he /she must see Vishram Ghat. Here you can also do boating.

Leading Ghat of Mathura

Vishram Ghat is, a bath and worship place, on the banks of River Yamuna at Mathura and is just near well known Dwarkadhish Temple. It is the main ghat of 25 other ghats in Mathura. The traditional parikrama starts and ends at Vishram Ghat. Lord Krishna is said to have rested at this place after killing Kansa. However ghat requires more cleanliness. Not a bad place for visit.
