Beach | Sea | Water Sports | Party

HolidayIQ Reviewer Nikhil Vajandar says, “Sun, Sand, Beaches - A True fun-Spot!...one visit to the beaches, and all discomforts are forgotten. The beaches of Goa cater to every kind of tourist. There are calm and rough waters, crowded and secluded ones, big ones and small ones too. Many will be surprised to know, however, that Goa has its share of forests too. There are 4 wildlife sanctuaries in Goa. With a range of birds and animals to flaunt, these are no less than any other!” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer Neville Fernandes says, “Beautiful dam set amidst nature The Selaulim dam is not very well known amongst travellers visiting Goa. We visited it a couple of weeks back since we have more or less visited all the beaches in Goa. The dam is located in Sanguem district about 25 km away from Margao. The dam itself and it's environs are beautiful as one would expect. ” Read Full Review

Snow | Valley | Hill | Cold

HolidayIQ Reviewer Rahul Chatterjee says, “One can have lot of fun and there are lot of activities like skiing etc but one has to keep in mind the pocket pinch. Overall a good place to be there and one can enjoy nature and feel the fresh air. It is recommended to go at sunrise as the view is breathtaking. One needs to plan a bit and move very early before sunrise if one wants to get a view of the sunrise. It is also recommended to go there in summer because it is very cold and one should carry sufficient warm clothing and proper shoes to walk easily over the snow.” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer A S adds, “I am never ever going to forget the drive from Manali to Manikaran, one of the most thrilling roads of our country. It is a must for all the folks who love to hit road on their cars. Manikaran Gurudwara is built on river Beas about 40 km from Kullu. You cross a bridge on top of Beas River and then reach Manikaran. This place has something supernatural that is the famous hot water spring which is noticeable from the bridge itself, you can notice that one side of the river is completely filled with steam.” Read Full Review

We have been to many places but out of them we enjoyed the Ooty Lake most. The lake is just perfectly situated with trees and mountains and is having a good boating facility to make the most of it. We have clicked so many photos there but we were unable to capture all the beauties of it. It is a must visit place guys and the people there are very happening. Temple | Coffee | Nature | Adventure

HolidayIQ Reviewer Venkatesh Kini shares, “Good forest, animals roam freely - deer, elephants The Coorg entrance of Nagarhole national park is around 90kms away from Madikeri near Kutta. The jungle safari was closed apparently due to rain but we were allowed to pass from one gate to another in our own vehicle. As soon as we entered we could see a lot of deer freely moving close to the road, and with Indian langoor on the trees and elephants within the next 10 minutes on either side of road. A mongoose crossed the road and an orange tailed animal we could not identify was sitting in the beach of a tree. There were several varieties of birds their sound filled the forest. ” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer Vijaya Lakshmi L adds, “Enjoyable rafting with a good trainer Rafting is what we went for and we couldn't spot more than one elephant far away. Most of them being first timers in rafting, some were quite apprehensive but the enthusiastic ones just pushed them to do it and have fun. ...The whole rafting experience is so much fun and especially when you are with a good trainer. ” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer Samriddha Roy says, “The cheerful boisterous brook - a must visit in Mussoorie This chirpy, spirited waterfall would certainly grab attention of the tourists who are taking a trip to Mussoorie, a hill station in Dehradun. The visit would readily cheer one up in whatever mood the person travels - it's been like a laughter in an otherwise serious, solemn, mountainous climate.” Read Full Review

Hill | Mountain | Echo Point | Adventure
HolidayIQ Reviewer ASIM SAHU adds, “The experience of trekking in Matheran is not like the usual treks in other hill stations. For one, the town is not too high above sea level. And more importantly, the fun of trekking here is not climbing difficult rock trails but in walking along narrow paths with a green canopy above you. The one thing that we missed was overnight stay at Matheran. My suggestion to future travellers of Matheran is to spend at least one night at Matheran because one will not find opportunity like this to stay so close to nature.” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer Venson Lobo adds, “ There's nothing much to do apart from having fun in water, not in the lake but next to it there's a spot from where excess water flows out. Only over there it's suitable. Apart from this there's a adventure sport where you go from one side to another via rope, I guess it's zip line?” Read Full Review

The intensive forests, high sholas and some grassland add to the multiplicity of the sanctuary in addition to the extensive sandalwood forest nearby and from Karimui to Chinnar we can see Elephants, spotted Deer, Sambar, Hanuman Langur and Peacocks on either side of the road.
