This is the place to be if you want to be enchanted by the floating clouds, surreal silence and beautiful, lush vegetation.

HolidayIQ traveller Rita Dave shares,Yumthang Valley is very beautiful and peaceful. Here blooms the Rhododendron that covers the entire valley. You can also see the carpet of pink and purple little flowers. Flowering season is from May to July.”

The best time to visit the place is between April to September. In this place electricity is not always available. In winter you can see snow fall and frozen lakes in this place."

Situated in the relatively uncrowded Nagaland, the Dzokou valley charms you with greenery for as far as you sight takes you. The climate coupled with the people and culture of this place makes this ideal for lovebirds.

This is a valley atop the hills which blooms exotic flowers during the monsoon season which is generally from July-September, so that's the best time to visit.We stayed there overnight in the government dormitory and lived the night with the caretakers.Carry food if you intend to stay overnight. The dormitory charges are really cheap at 50 per head per night for a common hall space."

The train journey across and to Araku valley is absolutely unforgettable. Apart from that, many waterfalls, flowers and Burra caves make it lovers' paradise.

Few places can match the silence and tranquility that Nubra valley offers. The vastness of the landscape puts things into perspective and makes one reflect their existence. As a couple, you can do some soul searching and culture soaking here.
